I think there may be more to this than meets the eye as there is some unsubstantiated skuttlebutt going around just now. I could well imagine Mr. Khan is upset and should be after just making a million dollar donation to something the mayor wanted to do. Not exactly the way you treat someone who just donated a huge amount of money.

Last week, Jacksonville City Hall told the Jaguars it had defaulted on its contract with the city.

Wednesday, team owner Shad Khan sent the city a blistering letter, saying he was "shocked," "perplexed" and "at a loss."
