I don't think he should be allowed to keep the money, but heah, what do I know. I think it is wrong since he misrepresented himself to get the money in the first place.

An appeals court Friday upheld an earlier ruling that Charlie Crist does not have to return 8,000 contributions he received as a Republican candidate for U.S. Senate.
Crist later left the GOP to run as an independent. The move irked some donors, including Jacksonville businessman John Rood, who was one of two donors to file the lawsuit.
He gave Crist-as-Republican $4,800.

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
