Ms Adkins' bill would eliminate  the Department of Health, Department of Children and Family Services, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, and the Agency for Health Care Administration due to duplication of services.  I think, right now, we have multiple departments doing the same thing at all levels of government.  No one ever replaced anything, they just added something new along with the cost of manning everything.  It is worth while saying also that another republican has also filed basically the same bill, so this idea very well may carry through.
