Very short article about Rick Scott and the Jacksonville Port.  A couple of things I found interesting are that Gov Scott used great care not to commit to state funding for the port and also indicated something I was not wild about and that is trying to get federal funding (Florida's "fair share").  I am at a point where I want Washington to stop spending, so I am not happy to hear Mr. Scott will be requesting federal money for anything for our state.  After all, federal or state funds all come from one place...........US.
