The Florida State College at Jacksonville board will vote today on whether to stop paying a suspended school administrator for going to the governor with complaints about the FSCJ president.
School administration says Celine McArthur, associate vice president of strategic communications, broke personnel procedure when she sent a letter in March to Gov. Rick Scott and the chancellor of the State College System, among others, accusing FSCJ President Steven Wallace and several members of his cabinet of "concealing disturbing matters" from the public.
What these "matters" are won't be made public until today.
