TU: Mayor knew about default letter before it was sent to Jaguars

Someone on the TU blogs suggested it could be a shakedown, and I agree with this person.  Remember  there was a million dollar donation made by Khan not too long ago.  Hmmmm I  wonder if these 2 events have anything to do with each other?  Just curious and  maybe the letter was a way of letting Khan know there was a hammer there?  I am  not certainly making an accusation, cause Brown appears to be doing a pretty  good job, but this letter seems like a smoking gun to me and would wonder if  something else is going on we don't know about?

Alvin Brown was in full damage control over dueling letters.

Jacksonville Mayor Alvin Brown knew about the letter the city sent to the Jaguars last week saying they  defa... before it was sent — but he wasn't expecting the  response it got from team owner Shad Khan.

Brown said Thursday he spent much of Wednesday dealing with the fallout of  that letter, speaking with Khan on the phone several times.

Damage control efforts continued Thursday, with Brown talking to sports radio  shows and sending an email in a full-throated display of support for the  team.

"The Jaguars are an important part of the fabric that makes up our great  city," the email to fans said.

Some people are just simply out of their league when it comes to being in touch with the real world. Mr. Khan is in a position to be one of the players to take Jacksonville to another level. Jacksonville needs people like Shad Khan to help in making this transition. Now comes this little situation with running the sports venues for the city. SMG with their little group of fidelers and mites and the Comcast Global group with their fidelers and mites. Everyone is there for the crumbs that fall from the deal. This is a typical City of Miami back room deal with a Clem Cadiddlehopper delivery. Something you would expect from the politics of Cowford. I can just see Mr. Khan reading that letter, Dear Mr. Khan Yada Yada ......What the F%$# OMG, I wasn't up for this! My football team in the city of Dog Patch run by Lil Abner.  Mr Brown shouldn't run the city, Mr Hardin doesn't run the city and Mr . Khan may run from the City. Good job children, now go to your room.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
