How does one create a sense of urgency?

From a deep sleep with the most pleasant of dreams a startling scream of a loved one calling me by name is one of the most effective I have ever known! That is the feeling experienced on 9/11...... That was a call for action!

9/12 saw the most unified America I have known in my life time even greater than the assignation of JFK.

Maybe someone who experienced "the day of "infamy" can give us a comparative perspective.

As an individual, squandering a fortune with loose living, begging for food and realizing your father feeds his pigs better than you can be effective in creating a humble man seeking forgiveness.

But what does it take for a country?

How have we as a nation avoided going on a war footing for 11 years?

Our leaders have squandered more money than all those before them with a miss guided effort to make people think we should just get on with our lives and pretend nothing happened.

Now they are telling our military to stand down and prepare for the biggest cut to any Government program in the History of the world!

Without immediate action from GOD's people All is lost!

What is next?

Will the world look upon the remains of the United States of America and celebrate or will they see a great nation that Humbled itself before GOD, and ask to be forgiven?

Either way GOD will be Blessed for all things work together to His Glory!
