URGENT HELP NEEDED IN DELAWARE
As you may know, Beau Biden, yes son of Joe Biden, took away the right of his Sheriffs to arrest anyone. This is totally UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Our sheriffs have more power than the vice president. Jeff Christopher is the only one of three that is standing and he needs all of our help!! There are only three counties in DE. If you know anyone in DE get this to them ASAP and have them call, call, call. Thanks!!!!!!!
Here is HB 290 which will be heard on the 25th, tomorrow, Wednesday at 3:30pm EST.

Here's a good starter about sheriffs. Sheriff Richard Mack is probably one of the most well known other than Arpaio and Babeu right now. WildBillforAmerica does some Youtubes about sheriffs as well.

No Sheriffs have supreme power, he could removed any legislature at the state level including the AG, Biden.They can also arrest a Governor, LT. Governor, etc. What Biden is doing is very UNCONSTITUTIONAL. You do not take away the power to arrest from a sheriff, that is where they come in protecting us!!!!! HB 290 was pulled off the floor yesterday and most fear that something bigger and bolder is on it's way. The sheriffs are there to protect "us" the citizens, once their powers are stripped, we can only rely on our own resources. Unfortunately the power to arrest is gone in CT so that would tell me that our infamous gov't is removing the power state by state because they know what power the sheriff is supposed to have and they are fearful. CT has six counties and they are done, DE only has three counties. The police are completely different and do not go by any of the same rules the sheriff goes by. If you pull up HB 290 you will see it clearly is taking all the arrest power away from the Sheriffs. Sheriff Jeff Christopher is the only sheriff standing the other two are standing down. Please call Beau's office and tell them what they are doing is UNconstitutional. Thanks!!!!

the first part of the bill you linked to said that they don't arrest anybody anyway. I figure Delaware can do whatever it wants as it relates to law enforcement.

Called a longtime friend in Kent County, says that sheriffs there act mainly as officers of the courts. They do nt perform investigations, these are left to locals and state officers. This is common in New England and other states. I think it prevents a concentration of power.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??
If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
