Duval County Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland says more than 308,767 sample ballots will be mailed for the 518,518 registered voters in Jacksonville.  

He says they are sending out fewer ballots than voters because only one sample ballot will go to each residential household for the 2011 Unitary General Election on May 17.   "Mailing a sample ballot to each residential address instead of each registered voter is an act by my office to save taxpayers an excess of $55,500." Holland says. (Jessie Jackson in 3,2,1...)  Especially since they haven't let go of 2000 yet:

'Democrats in Duval County prepared meticulously for Election Day. They registered thousands of voters and ferried enough people to the polls in predominantly African-American precincts to give a solid boost to Vice President Al Gore in a county expected to swing reliably into Gov. George W. Bush's column.

But the results of Duval County's vote left Democrats here shaking their heads. More than 26,000 ballots were invalidated, the vast majority because they contained votes for more than one presidential candidate. Nearly 9,000 of the votes were thrown out in the predominantly African-American communities around Jacksonville, where Mr. Gore scored 10-to-1 ratios of victory, according to an an..."

And Duval does have the dubious distinction of the worse foreclosure fraud in the country. Great place. And the Barry machine with all of their union thugs and those sweet coddelin' Black Panthers will be guarding the polls too I bet.  Meanwhile you got the Demon-crats with their Al-Franken specialty counters trying to whittle away at a 7,300 vote lead in a waiting for the Fat Lady to sing race there:

Would anyone agree, as Rush says, the bloom is off Barrys rose? He's washed up. Finished? Would he have ever bothered to engage a Donald Trump? I woldn't vote for The Don. No way. The Don is RHINO of the worst kind. He will do whatever is best for Donald. He IS a wheeler dealer. Nuff said there. But he is suckering Barry into the dumb verbal war that is happening right now.
