Homeowners,did you know that if you sell your home after 2012 you will pay a 3.8 % sales tax on it? This would be $3,800 Dollars on the sale of a $!00,000 home, $11,400 Dollars on a 300,000 home, ect. What? You didn't know? How did this happen? Well, it is in the Obamacare Bill. It goes into effect in 2013, so many voters won't even know it is coming when they vote in the 2012 elections. Very convinent for a reelection campaign. This Provision will penalize the retiring generation who often downsize their homes. EVERYONE should know, not only SENIORS. Did you know that the per person Medicare Insurance Premium will ncrease form its present monthly fee of $96.40 rising to $104.20 in 2012, $120.20 in 2013, and $247.00 in 2014. These are Provisions incorporated in the Obamacare Legislation which were purposely delayed so as not to hurt the 2012 Reelection Campaign. NOW you know who is throwing us under the bus. Back when Obama was not getting his way on raising the Debt Ceiling who did he threaten not to pay? It was Military Retirees, Social Security Retirees, Federal Retirees, and Social Security Disability Retirees. REMEMBER that Obama DID NOT threaten to stop payments to ilegal aliens, he DID NOT offer to fire some of the thousands of unnecessary federal employees, He DID NOT threaten to take frivolous benefits such as internet access away from violent imates, he DID NOT offer to cut down on his or his wife's frivolous gallivanting around, He DID NOT threaten to not pay the Senators and Representatives or any of their Staff, he DID NOT threaten to take benefits from welfare receipients, he DID NOT threaten the food stamp programs, he DID NOT threaten to not pay Foreign Aid, and he DID NOT threaten to cut back on anything that involves his base voters. His type of change is killing our Country and only our VOTES can stop him.
