Bill I certainly didn't say anything about amending the Constitution, we need to honor it and enforce the limits it puts on government AND on democracy. We have failed to do so and now we are learning that slopes ARE slippery.
There is a faction now working to call a constitutional convention, I believe it would be national suicide. The Constitution as it was written is the nearest thing to sacred that a secular document can be.
Acceptance of "the end justifies the means" and "go along to get along" are the reasons we are in trouble now, more of the same isn't going to get us out.

Bill, the marxists are going to chew us up for breakfast if we continue to mince words and play games. America is now a democracy, for all practical purposes, we haven't protected our Constitution sufficiently, and we can't count on taking shelter under it today.

Sadly, when I talk to some people, they honestly believe that Obama gives them his money and they are looking for the next handout. And, this is how he got into office..His is such an master of words that the blind will follow him off the clift..

Bill Baltar, we are at a point where ladies and gentlemen won't win the battle, the rules of engagement must change. Our enemies believe that the end justifies the means, any means!
We are witnessing an attempted coup, an attempt to overhrow everything that we cherish, it is far more than just political extremism.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I'm from Florida. This state has far too many idiots like this woman. If only it was just Florida. This is another example of the "Dumbing" of America"
