Judge Judy - Here's Who You Support With Taxes

Judge Judy speaks out on where our tax dollars go in this case of Duane Brooks, Jr. who is scamming the government. He scams the government while we sit in anxiety about the debt and our personal issues because of the economy. How arrogant of this man - cut him off from his subsidies!

he is taking the money under false pretenses and is too stupid to  even realize that. The problem is that there is no penalty under the law in this program for doing that!

Debt agreement?  Try Kick the Can.  Please stop sending money to the Republican Party.  It is clearly the time for a third party.  A tea party agenda party based on fiscal conservative, pay as you go, balanced budgeting.  the basically spent $2.4 Trillion more dollars and they have the gall to say its attached to $2.7 in cuts over 10 years????   I mean 10 years????    It reminds me of Wimpy who often said " I would gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today."  Every credit agency should rate America's credit as junk.  I guess you needed to buy HP for all the ink it will take to print that worthless paper.  The Washington scare tactic have turned us into Greece and Spain.  Mr. Davis is being screwed like many Americans and the redistribution of wealth continues.  Only region in the country where home values have not gone down, but gone up?  You guessed it.  Washington and Northern Virginia.  Maybe its time to relocate the Capital of the United States.

This is "Qualifying Material", prologue in effect, from Title XIX PUBLIC BUSINESSES, Chapter 290, F.S.S.

Below are pieces of just Florida Statute 290 defining requirements of Enterprise Zones and businesses to qualify for funds. More guide lines exist in FS 163 for Urban Development, FS 376 for Brownfield areas, FS 288 Commercial Development, and all refer to other Statutes that would be way to much to contain in one message. What is here is still a lot of information to familiarize you to just what is being asked of you, what really qualifies as a QTI and the milestones out to be achieved by that designation.

I will say in FS 163 and 376 are requirement of a transit stop 1/4 of a mile from the zones(s), objectives for rehab, strategies for reducing crime in all areas of the Zones and affordable housing in those areas are just a few necessities required that are not addressed with the request to change Ent. Zone Boundaries.

I have written to Mr. Von Hoff of the State EZ and asked this request be declined since I dont believe the burden of the City has been met to qualify these areas for expansion, especially since little has been done to improve blight, revitalization, economic productivity and employment in what already exists.

In the end I hope you see, Council is continuously asked to finance with State and Local tax payer money very well to do company's already well established in the city, waiving much needed requirements, where we have yet to see a minority and/or out of state company included. Laws and money designed to entice business to the State and the City to help them and the community within, prosper and alleviate unemployment and destitution. Expanding and changing the areas on this map begs further investigation before approval to find why they are so oddly shaped going up and down roads (??), who the intended targets really are, and does it achieve the desired effect of the whole premise of laws being used for Urban Redevelopment (FS 163), Brownfield areas (FS 376) Commercial Development and REDI's (FS 288) and Enterprise Zone development (FS 290)

I have tried my best to keep it small but with different references within the Bills it was hard to achieve.
Thank you very much for your time

I know this is a long read, but it is current, and it is local (F.S.S. 209), regarding an abusive element of the city of Jax gov’t. (J.E.D.C.).  The info that follows is fairly self explanatory if you read it from the view of a grifter.  I will follow on this page with a “prologue” narrative that will provide info for your Florida State Senators, Attorney General, and representatives to use in eliminating these unseen, parasitic statutes are hidden.  This is a great example of taxpayer abuse and its hard for me to believe it is soooo off the law enforcement, grand jury radar.  I believe it will be necessary to consume several aspirin and antacids before reviewing the next post.

I believe 2002 is when Kaman first came here , (there is some history on line and within the attachment ), and received incentives to do so. Now that they are expanding they would like those same incentives but not have to abide by the rules and conditions for those incentives.

There is a regulation Enterprise Zones that they dont have to be urban areas they can be unpopulated desolate areas which is how Imeson qualified in the first place and because it is an old airport a Brownfield.

I’m going to say there is probably nothing we can do to fight 383, thus 384, short of stopping  Bill 383 completely emphasizing the fact of why is the JEDC expanding when the existing ones have not been helped nor the City benefit from their existence so far in alleviating unemployment or helping minority businesses.

Though the Bill says expansion I don’t know how the areas all do that expansion. As for Old Imeson Airport, the J.E.D.C. explained it as, “deleting Right of Ways, parking lots or any other non usable/buildable land from the definition of the Zone”, taking that acreage and applying it land that can be used and built upon. But the Bill states hundreds of acres of land so again I’m not sure how they are playing the game. The law says nothing larger than 20 square acres. They learned the idea from Miami and the expansion may apply to all the areas in the same way, I don’t know.

The only other thing I could bring up to Von Hoff is a little bitty area they are trying to sneak in just across the southside of River between the bridges. The law allows for three non-continuous separate parcels, but not four.

If you look at the proposed maps you will see and I have explained as much to CC is the continuous line of the urban area (Downtown) now goes up and down roads encompassing certain parcels. Im pretty sure the JEDC has plans to the tax payers demise, they just haven't brought the information to light as yet.

I have included for your enjoyable reading what I recently sent to members of City Council, hoping they all get familiar the purpose of Enterprise Zone, Brownfield Areas and Urban Development laws; what is being asked of them to approve and the major differences between the two.  Council are the only ones that can stop the Bill, if 383 is stopped then 384 which is Kaman's corp. welfare will also be stopped. If they approve 383  it then goes to the State for approval and I’m pretty sure they will let it go as is, though they may make changes too. Maybe, maybe not. Kaman is betting on CC approving 383 and are already getting another building ready to go for manufacturing and sending people for training.

Let me add a little fuel to the fire.  I am an independent distributor of food products.  I am also a tax payer.  My job is not easy with most days it begins around 3 - 4 a.m.  Etching a living with the fuel prices etc has been tough in this economy but I continue.

However, it sure is becoming harder to make myself get up in the morning when I see people abusing the system knowing I am one of the suckers paying for their abuse.   For example, one extremely hot afternoon I witness a woman in a meat store purchasing a few carts of nothing but meat.  It is a monthly ritual for her to come in and spend a few thousand dollars in food stamps on meat.  Anyone done that lately?  I watched as she loaded the meat into a vehicle which costs far more than mine with rims that sparkle and shine.  And to top it all off, she is taking her time not to break one of those fancy nails that you can only get in a salon.  It gets worse.

Months later, I have 3 stores telling me that WIC (Women, Infants & Children), another tax funded government agency, has informed them that if I do not lower the price of my product to what the government considers acceptable, my product is to be removed off of the store's shelves.  If I do not adjust the price and the store does not make me take it out, WIC will pull the stores licenses to carry WIC.   You would think I was unfairly priced or that there is no competition forcing these individuals receiving free government aide to choose from.  That is not the case.  I have a higher quality grade product which costs more to make and deliver.  I also have at least 2 competitors on the same shelves.  The problem WIC is having is that the people receiving assistance like my product and buy it.  But instead of giving the people receiving government assistance a cap on what they spend per item they are going to punish non government assisted shoppers, my small business and the store.  The last three groups listed are the people paying for the WIC and EBT programs.  Now what is wrong with that picture?

People better wake up.  There is no telling how many more of these stories are out there where our government is attempting to snuff out small businesses while they are taking over bigger ones.  Get Educated, Get Connected, Get Out the Vote 2012.

Billie - this one made our blood boil. Consquently we sent this email to Senator Rubio, Senator Nelson, Congressman crenshaw and some friends:

Folks,
This will probably make your blood boil. However, this is a VERY good example as to why this country is in dire economic straits. Furthermore it is precisely why we have what we do sitting in the White House....
Would love feedback...
I am also sending this to my Congressman and my Senators. Senator Rubio, Senator Nelson, and Congressman Crenshaw, would you like to comment on this video? Keep in mind we are in the process of negotiating for the Federal Government to increase the debt ceiling.......
Taxpaying Americans – wake up!

This is just the tip of the "welfare iceberg".  We allow these losers to take advantage of the system and no one goes after them for fraud.  Only in America.  "You know what I'm saying'.

Judge Judy should have asked her where she got her money from and that skunk should have still had to pay half the rent from October to January!  Dismissing the case gave that gov assistance junkie another free ride :(

This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
