Unfortunately, this imbecile is representative of that "progressive" mindset so prevalent in our country today. No doubt, we have a tough uphill battle ahead.

We participated in "We Read The Constitution" this past year.  We took turns reading the Constitution to about 100 people sitting along the Indian River with the Kennedy Space Center in the background.   Doing this, for me, brought more meaning to the Constituton, and the responses from the crowd at various points during the reading are just what we all needed.

I hope that the Congress will listen and respond also, like "We The People" that sent them there to  uphold the Constitution.  Happy New Year, the Constitution lives on.

I am just an ordinary citizen.  If this reporter will send me the part of the Constitution he is incapable of understanding, I will gladly explain it to him.  Yes, I have read it and have no trouble understanding what it says.  In fact, it is so simple to understand that to misunderstand it you have to have the help of a Lawyer or politician.

No binding power on anything, huh?  Really???  Written over 100 years ago? How about written over 200 years ago.  Thankfully he's just a reporter, not a politician...but the scary part is that many ppl who are uninformed would take his opinion and be led astray.
