Several people have stated that the way to fight this is to complain to the airlines and/or not fly. Folks, that's not the answer. Some of us have to fly for business, driving to LA or taking the train isn't an option, it takes too long.

No, the answer is to fly and when they want to get inside your pants, tell them no. Make the supervisor, come over, make his supervisor come over, make the police come over. Make sure that they know your rights are being violated and that you are not a criminal. Challenge them to go find real terrorists. Tell them they should be ashamed of themselves for doing this. If you have to tell them you will leave before you submit. If they threaten you with a fine tell them to bring it on.

Folks, this is not much different than the situation that existed in the 60s that spurred the Civil Rights Movement. The only way that was resolved was for brave people to step up and fight the injustice. The only way this is going to get solved is if we metaphorically go and sit at the lunch counter.

This is so unbelievable that we are being subjected to these xrays and searches. I thought we lived in the US. How do we know who is watching us on the other side of screen, male of female? How do we know if pediphiles aren't hired or perverts to do these jobs. It just sickens me to no end. I'd like to know the backgrounds of the people they hire. In the meantime, I won't fly.
