We need to get one of our members in the legal profession to write up a letter to all of the airline carriers to inform them we will no longer consider air for our travel needs. We can all sign them and mail them to the carriers, as well as make them available online and through all other tea party organizations.
We need to make sure that it cannot be considered as some sort of threat that can be brought back to haunt the movement, but at the same time make it clear we will not accept this encroachment on our liberty and simply choose to no longer use air travel.
Bus and train travel is already out of the question for time and expense considerations. I guess this means we just drive our cars to where we want to go and limit our travle to inside the continent.
It's the most beautiful part of the world to travel anyway!

Carole, I think they are working on that right now. As far as I am concerned, they would be the ones I would have the most concern with, but this president allowed them an out on the health care bill (for religious reasons), so who knows. I doubt that all this originates from the head of TSA, I seriously believe this comes from the top.

So I'd like the "we wanna see your T&A " bureaucrats tell me again how molesting U.S. citizens and trampling thier constituional rights is going to solve that problem? I'd also like to know why it is that everytime they mess up the U.S. citizens have to pay for it. In this case it was really hard to fail because the guys own Dad had warned them about it and yet they still managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
And now they are using this incident to push for treating thier own citizens as criminals?
Sorry this doesn't sit well with me at all.

They had the head of TSA in front of the senate today and our Senator LeMieux said he was apalled and would not want such a thing done to his wife or himself. The head of TSA said well people better get used to it cause we aren't changing it (and they are running around with the equipment to bus and rail stations unanounced (no escaping it as you could get caught somewhere else). Basically, we are now a police state with everything else they are doing.

Delete Comment I know Bill. It is crazy. We should have tried every single thing else first including profiling, but instead, we are looking to make it easier for Muslim women in typical garb to get through with only pats on head and neck. They need to get real. Other countries profile, and I have to tell you if little old ladies with gray hair were blowing up airplanes, I would not be affended one bit to be profiled (I would understand what the problem was). Muslims are the only people running around blowing things up including airplanes, so they are going to sexually molest the rest of us...............upside down and backwards just like every thing else these wack jobs are doing (and this will also cost the airlines at a time when we should not be damaging any more businesses).
