The Florida Court of Appeals has ruled that the N.O.V.'s in RED LIGHT CAMERA is illegal.

In review and seeking second opinion on the Constitutionality of Red Light Running in Duval County Florida.
A reply and brief has been prepared for finding to provide an answer to the question, "is the Red Light Running Statutes here in Florida constitutionally correct.

Have you seen the secret of OZ video,that gives the solution to our monetary crisis by returning TOTAL control of money SUPPLY simply to congress and not the FEDERAL RESERVE.
ELIMINATE NOT MERGE THE FEDERAL RESERVE [WHICH IS COMPRISED OF PRIVATE WORLD BANKERS] AND GIVE POWER BACK TO ONLY THE TREASURY UNDER THE CONTROL OF CONGRESS ,LIKE IT WAS BEFORE 1913.
THIS WOULD ELIMINATE ALL INTEREST ON DEBT[ INTEREST NOW BEING PAID TO WORLD BANKERS IN THE FED ] ,ELIMINATE ALL OUR PRESENT DEBT AND CURE WORLD HUNGER ISSUES AND MAKE THE US RID OF FOREIGN BANKERS AND BANKERS MONETARY CONTROL.
WE CAN DO IT ,NOW WITH A STOKE OF A PEN IN CONGRESS AND NOT WAIT 100 YEARS.
