I was there in 2002 when the Third ID left for Iraq for the first time and stayed thru the second deployment in 2003..My ex was in both deployments but came back from the second one after only six weeks because he was shot by a sniper. I then spent six months at Walter Reed nursing him back to health...we got home and divorced within just a few months after all that and I came home to Jacksonville! (thank the Lord! LOL) I do not know about the March 2 meeting..where it is or anything. I was planning on going to the event on Saturday.Delete Comment

I did go..it wasn't what I expected but several folks explained that was because it was a "party" as opposed to just a meeting. Where is the meeting on the 16th?

I'm not sure about the next meeting. It has been rescheduled at least twice now. I know that there is a guest speaker speaking out against the failure of unions. I will let you know something definite after I search for a good date. Have a great day! =)
