23 DAYS UNTIL NOV 2: LIBERTY IN JAPANESE

Yesterday I was interviewed by a television crew from Japan. How the heck did that happen? Some days I wonder what happened to life as I knew it since September 2008. The day we bailed out banks turned many Americans’ lives inside out. We began our search to find out what was going on. What we found, was surprising and sad. Our leaders had made a mess of our country and Liberty was in peril.

The television crew was searching for an understanding of the Tea Party Movement. All they knew is what they had heard in the liberal media. I cannot begin to tell you how much fun it was to enlighten them on the real people of the tea party. They wanted to know why we did not want to accept people in America anymore from different lands and heritages!! We set that straight and let them know that all are welcome. We love the melting pot of America. We love those peope who come here in search of liberty and entrepreneurship. We love those who come and bring their traditions with them all the while respecting ours and accepting ours. We love those who do not want to change or remake America to what they left behind and instead want to pull into the foundation of liberty in America.

It was so much fun watching them “get it” because they would not want someone from America going to Japan and telling them – “Change your traditions and do what we do in America.”

They got it when we spoke about being financially broke and dependent on others to bail us out. Those others are not our friends – they are our debtors. Japan understands debt and they understand living under that burden is tough to bear.

They got it when we spoke of American traditions and how our founding fathers set in place this wonderful gift called Liberty. The Japanese are very traditional people and they protect and defend their traditions just as we are doing. They have much pride in their heritage too.

The interview ended and they did not want to leave our tea party office. They took pictures of Stand up for Freedom t-shirts, Don’t Raise my Taxes t-shirts, Constitutional scrolls, tea party hats and the famous yellow Don’t Tread on me Flag.

They will be back before the November elections and they want to return. I told them to visit again ’cause we ain’t going away!

So what will be our action item today?

1. LISTEN: Go to LibertyCentral.org and listen to the song “We ain’t going away” and forward this along to your friends. It’s got a nice beat to it and the words ring true! You’ll be singing it all day.

2. SIGN: While there – if you haven’t done so yet -sign the Petition to eliminate the tax hikes President Obama is getting ready to hit us with.

3. EDUCATE: Educate yourself on Japan’s Lost Decade which many believe is similar to what the US is experiencing today. Google “Japan’s Lost Decade” and read, read, read. You will find that history does repeat itself and we should learn from it.

This is the symbol for Liberty in Japanese. 自由

When I look at it – it looks like two wrapped gifts. Liberty is a gift that must be protected. What are you doing to ensure it is here for future generations?

That's okay. The Founding Fathers were considered "crazy people" too. We're in good company :)

Sean: Yep, just like our 4th Branch Propaganda machine!
Billie: Maybe next time you could require them to sign something requiring your prior signed approval based on your preview of the film before allowing them to include you in their documentary. I'd want to know exactly who they are, who they work for and etc before allowing it in the future.
Anyway, what's the worst that can happen? That they show the Tea Party as "crazy people"? LOL! Or they could sell the "crazies" version to our Propaganda machine. Either way, we are painted as "crazy people". Okay. Fine. May the crazy people dominate and prevail!

Be careful, the Japanese love their nanny state with all there rules. I've seen them turn a positive interview and make the person they were interviewing look like a fool. I lived in Japan for a year, so I do know this first hand. I sure would like to see the interview played in Japan to see if they are making us look like fools, just like our lame stream media does. Only time will tell. I don't mean to be so negative, just watch your back.

How cool, Billle! You can bet the world is watching what is happening here. They are watching history in the making and we are making our own history. We are the last hope for Freedom in the World. It is up to us and we will do it! They want to be a part of it, learn how we do it so that they can take that home with them. Let's show them how!

Love this, Billie!! My father was part of the occupying forces in Japan in WWII. He loved the land and loved the people and said he was so shocked that those gentle, kind, beautiful people could have done what they did at Pearl Harbor. The problem back then in Japan was that a government had risen that did not truly reflect "the people". Same problem we have here in America now. But we're going to change that. Let's get to work!

Billie, I happened to be in the Tea Party office the day before you met with these nice young people from Japan. They had dropped by in anticipation of your interview and seemed very open and eager to learning the truth about who we are and what we represent. I couldn't help but think about where our two countries were during WWII. My father fought the Japanese(and killed many young soldiers in self defense), but I was finally standing there years later showing love and respect for these nice folks. Strength and love conquors all and my deceased father would have been so proud and thankful to see our communication. God is good! Thanks for all you do for freedom!

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
