Human Rights Commission’s across America have been targeted by 57 Islamic Nations know as the Organization of Islamic Cooperative (OIC) to implement their “10 Year Plan” to among other things…criminalize any speech offensive to Islam, the Prophet Muhammad, or Muslims irrespective of the veracity of the speech. Professor Parvez Ahmed, the former National Chairman of the Propaganda Arm of HAMAS in America known as (CAIR) is being considered for reappointment to the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission. As Chairman of CAIR, Parvez worked directly with the (OIC) and appears to be using his position to continue to further their objectives, objectives which are diametrically opposed to the United States Constitution!

Quick Facts! Five Reasons Parvez Ahmed should NOT Be Reappointed!
1. Mr. Ahmed was a member of CAIR Florida for (6) years and the National Chairman for (4) years. The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) was designated as a Muslim Brotherhood Entity (specifically the Palestine Committee) in Federal Court (US vs. HLF Trial 2008). The Muslim Brotherhoods Palestine Committee (aka HAMAS) has established branches worldwide to fund HAMAS. HAMAS is on the United States list of federally designated Terrorist Organizations. As such, CAIR is factually a HAMAS entity in America.
2. Mr. Ahmed recently wrote an article calling to repeal certain aspects of the First Amendment if such speech offends Muslim Sensibilities; citing the Mohammad Cartoons and subsequent riots a reason to criminalize these freedoms.
3. Mr. Ahmed was formally halted from conducting "Islamic Sensitivity Training" to the FBI in 2009 and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) followed suit after CAIR was named a Co-Conspirator in funding Hamas.
4. MR. Ahmed has used his position to influence many groups via “Sensitivity Training” since his appointment.
5. During Mr. Ahmed’s tenure on the HRC, The ACLU attempted to remove prayer from the City Council. (Note: Parvez Ahmed is a longtime AT Large leader of the Florida ACLU. In addition the HRC brought the 2012 “Anti Discrimination bill” supporting SPECIAL RIGHTS for the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Transgender Community. Counter Christian Culture!
Actions You Can Take to Stop Mr. Ahmed!
1. Call and email the Jacksonville City Council and tell them to Vote No on Bill 2013-75 Against Parvez Ahmed. Contact information below.
2. We need as many people as possible to personally attend city council meetings. Rules committee meeting on Monday February 4th 10AM and main council meeting Tuesday February 12th 5PM. Somehow I missed the notice of the Feb 4 and 12 items. I'm booked solid on Feb 12 but will contact City Council by email and/or phone. Keep me in the loop.

Deferred means they put it off until a later date................or later committee meeting which means, for right now at least, it is dead in the water.

Deferred means it could show up on the next meeting of their committee or maybe not, but it will not get any action in front of the whole city council because it has not come out of the rules committee as yet (which is a good thing...........well a good thing for us but maybe not so good for Ahmed since his appointment ran out at the end of December).

I know there were a couple other FCTP members there as they called and gave me an update. Yes, what does deferred mean? Before the 12th.? How do we find out?

Awesome! I'm glad it was deferred. How do deferrals work, Patricia? Do they have to set a date to resume discussion or is just until next rules meeting or what?

This is about 2013-75 which is Ahmed reappointment............from Arlington member Dan Carr.
I think I was the only one (of FCTP or CTDC) at the Rules Committee meeting this morning, when 2013-75 was deferred.Wonder why....................................?Boyer & JRC also deferred Caldera's appointment to the DDA, after some good questioning.

Thanks Kate,, I will do them tonight. Working on another crisis.. Common Core Curriculum. This will scare the pants off all of us.. Google it.. Legislation sitting in committee in Tally now. We are being overrun with issues and because so much of it SOUNDS GOOD we never see the devil that is the details.

Thanks Mike, first I am hoping to get an update on yesterdays city meeting so that I can get it up for all to see.. I will be there tomorrow and the 12th and will do an update for all. Like the picture idea, I may try that tomorrow. I usually look for a face I know and go to them. If this demand continues we may want to come up with a different strategy for meeting and being together .. Thanks for your help and for your interest. My goodness there are so many battles I am having to make a list to keep up. We are organizing and hope that in the very near future we will have groups of people to take on different issues as trying to tackle them all makes me the "Jack of all trades and master of none."

I can't make the Monday 4th meeting (have work), but I'll be there on the Tues 12th. Should we be documenting what occurs here in any way? I can take pics (iPod and digital camera). Should we have a place to meet beforehand or sit together or anything?
