The Jacksonville Transportation Authority has announced several changes to bus routes, starting on Jan. 3, 2011.

• Two midday trips are being added to the Blanding Commuter Express, which is route WS52.

• Minor schedule adjustments will be made to the CT4 route from Atlantic Boulevard to the Amtrak station, the NS 19 route from City Marketplace to Edgewood Avenue, the S1 route from Avenues Mall to the downtown Rosa Parks station, the Arlington Community Shuttle and the Beaches Community Shuttle.

• The R5 route from the St. Johns Town Center to Florida State College at Jacksonville Kent Campus will move to the south service road on the Arlington Expressway. There will also be a schedule modification.
