It didn’t take Congress long to get back in the saddle again after Spring Break and start messing with the American people’s sand box. They are not playing nice again and this time – it is “Financial Reform” and of course, after that will be Immigration Reform and then will come Energy Reform - yada yada yada! This whole Reform-thing is getting a little tiresome and out of hand and it’s time for all Americans to Stand Up for Freedom and tell them to leave our Constitution alone!!

Read Dick Morris article “Democratic Bill Allows for Takeover of Businesses” -- If passed, this will allow the federal government to access your personal bank records, credit card records and financial portfolio! This will allow for takeovers of “nonbank” companies and the government will determine this on a case by case basis and there is no judicial review required to take over any financial institution. This will create a PERMANENT $50 Billion Dollar bailout fund that the federal government can tap into when they so desire.
