The Florida Department of Law Enforcment has the authority over this area, and has arrested and prosecuted cases of food stamp fraud and abuse in the past.  I imagine they simply don't go after the individual when they should...  something like all the Medicare fraud that Congress always says they will clean up?

Lizzie, do some research and find out about the legal issues around this in Florida then let me know. We do have the power of the voice of "we the people" and we can get the word out to thousands in Florida. If it is something worth doing then jump on it.  Leanne

The state of Florida has the power to investigate the abuse, but are they?  I doubt it.

They use the money for everything and anything and this administration probably giggles about it and figures they will vote for them so let them.  They don't care about this country; all they care about is themselves, their ideology and getting re-elected so they can finish destroying the country and these lazy shiftless people will help them take our country down and are mostly so self centered and grabby, they don't even know the food stamps are the shill in this whole thing.

People have been scamming the food stamp program since the 70's.  They need to go after the retailers who are participating in the scam..
