Florida is in the spotlight today.  If Mitt Romney wins - the media and the GOP elite will confirm his "right" to the Republican Presidential Nomination.  They will claim Florida as the win and the rest of the states whose voice has not been heard, be damned.

I've seen this before as a young 20 year old.  I was not able to articulate it as well as Jeffrey Lord has done in this article.  I hope you will read this BEFORE you go to the polls and vote today.

I still believe the American people are smarter than the establishment and will choose wisely the person they wish to be their President.

Newt Battles Mush From the Wimps

Palin targets Establishment GOP "cannibals" terrified of party's conservative base.

"Ford Declares Reagan Can't Win" -- Headline in The New York Times, March 1, 1980

Yet still more mush from the wimps.

To borrow a famous Reagan phrase: "Well, there they go again."

Somewhere an exasperated Gipper is doubtless shaking his head.

The war between conservatives and the Republican Establishment -- and make no mistake, this is a war -- is on once more.

The people who brought the GOP losing candidates from Dewey to Dole are at it again.

Last week's assault on Newt Gingrich -- with various Romney supporters seriously and deceptively trying to tell unwitting voters that Gingrich was never really a real Reagan ally -- in reality has nothing to do with Newt Gingrich at all.

@ Amanda - your statement "15% lower turnout, about 300,000 fewer than in 2008. What does that say?"  fails to cite the actual data.  The actual data points out that voter turn out was almost 10% higher than the 2008 election cycle.

The Tea Party is very engaged and cognizant of establishment politicians, their games, the obstacles, and the truth.  Unfortunately, there are still citizens who hold a cynical view of what we stand for and who we are.  I contribute part of this obstacle to those who would make statements that are disingenuous as most people do not take the time to validate.  I have taken the time to validate.

The TP is not irrelavent, the REC is irrelevant and ignorant.  I believe the TP should concentrate on infiltrating the REC.  They treated TPers as irrelevant, they did not learn a thing in 2010. Ignorance can be cured through education.  It is time that the TP teach them.  When I learned that Clay REC knew nothing about Agenda 21, I knew it was time to get the 'old guard' out.  The Clay Young Republicans know more about what's truly going on, in this world, and don't seem to be blinded by their own importance. I believe TPers should work harder to get into REC positions, locally, state-wide and nationally.  The American Spirit is STILL ALIVE AND WELL. TP is still small, but, imagine being one of only 54!!

The Tea Party has just proven itself irrelevant, inconsequential and ineffective. We all might as well vote for Obama ourselves. If we can not turn out in suffient numbers to keep the establishments candidate from winning by mile then how is november going to be any different?

It is sad and depressing to say the least.

Bill get over it. Ron Paul never had a chance, he didn't even bother trying in Florida. If we couldn't help Newt we sure as hell couldn't have gotten Ron Paul up in the running.

The establishment has won again, and once again we let it happen. We better start getting ready and making plans because we just handed Obama four more years.

B"H.  In the words of John Paul Jones, " I have not yet begun to fight! ".  Newt may have "baggage", but at least he packed to go in the "right" direction with experience and clear vision based on a deep understanding of our country, her history and the intent of our forebears.  Besides, we should all be thanking G*d for his forgiveness.  For if You, G*d, marked our sins, who of us would stand?  Shalom y'all.

Did you not just learn there is NO difference between Obama and Bush?  Obama carried The REAL Party line that Bush begain.  All Globalists are alike and on the same One World Government team.  Wake up.

You STILL don't get it.  There is NO difference between an Obama, Gingrich or Romney.

Amanda, you are SO funny.  Apparently Romney's singing doesn't appeal to you :)

Bill, I think you are a sad person.  You would rather see our country destroyed if your candidate can't get elected, because that is what I am hearing you say.  I am truly shocked.  I love my country, and I can't fathom saying such a thing even in jest.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
