Florida is in the spotlight today.  If Mitt Romney wins - the media and the GOP elite will confirm his "right" to the Republican Presidential Nomination.  They will claim Florida as the win and the rest of the states whose voice has not been heard, be damned.

I've seen this before as a young 20 year old.  I was not able to articulate it as well as Jeffrey Lord has done in this article.  I hope you will read this BEFORE you go to the polls and vote today.

I still believe the American people are smarter than the establishment and will choose wisely the person they wish to be their President.

Newt Battles Mush From the Wimps

Palin targets Establishment GOP "cannibals" terrified of party's conservative base.

"Ford Declares Reagan Can't Win" -- Headline in The New York Times, March 1, 1980

Yet still more mush from the wimps.

To borrow a famous Reagan phrase: "Well, there they go again."

Somewhere an exasperated Gipper is doubtless shaking his head.

The war between conservatives and the Republican Establishment -- and make no mistake, this is a war -- is on once more.

The people who brought the GOP losing candidates from Dewey to Dole are at it again.

Last week's assault on Newt Gingrich -- with various Romney supporters seriously and deceptively trying to tell unwitting voters that Gingrich was never really a real Reagan ally -- in reality has nothing to do with Newt Gingrich at all.

Gingrich has been pulling the mask off that mass. moderate from the getgo and their on the same team, excuse me while I scratch a bald spot on my head trying to figure this out.

Does anyone understand that Gingrich could NEVER beat Romney?  Gingrich and Romney are and HAVE BEEN on the same "team" all along.  The Tea Party has been divided and conquered.  Gingrich and Romney are BOTH GLOBALISTS.  Therefore, they are on the same team... as would have been Santorum had he out-pulled Gingrich.   The Tea Party foolishly thought that "Voting For The Lesser of Two Evils" would work.... but, like time after time, The Tea Party just got more evil.  I want to LOL and yell "I told you so!".   I really would love to see the only Non-Globalist, the only Constitutionalist, Ron Paul, run 3rd Party so that Obama will get 4 more years.   BECAUSE maybe then the "Tea Party" will "get it" -- there is ZERO difference between a NeoCon Globalist RINO Republican and a Democrat.

Whoever wins needs 1,144 votes.  Romney now has 87 and Gingrich has 30 something ( I think), Santorum as 9 or 10 and Paul has 4...................Long way to go guys.  The conservative vote for those 3 candidates was 51% and Romney (the moderate) got 48%.  They say there weren't enough conservatives, but I beg to differ.  There were enough conservatives but our voice was split between 3 people!

O lord, we are stuck with a Mitt when we needed a bat.

You may be right Patricia there is always hope that the rest of the country has better sense. Considering Romney ran over 13,000 ads in Florida why would one think he wants to buy his way through. This man will not be able to defend Capitalism which is the best system in the entire world. This next election will be on that subject and Mitt will not have Newt to help him. Newt's baggage is public record for all to see and what do you really know about Romney? Newt admitted openly his faults and asked God to forgive him.  Romney was governor 5 years ago did he admitted his faults openly? If he is the choice do you think he can defend his newly found conservative views against the smear tactics of a master like Barrack? Conservatism to Mitt is like a second language he thinks liberal and then translates to his view of conservatism. Against Barrack he will not be able to copy ideas from Rick or Newt. I am getting ready for 4 more years. Sorry grandkids the moochers won.

If Romney is our candidate, we can only hope that the Congressional elections and local elections go much better.  With the right people in Congress (House and Senate) we can hold M in check.  Pray hard and WORK hard..................

He may win our state and not be the candidate Steven!  Tracy, I think we were looking for a distraction as it was still quite a wait for the results to start coming in :)

It's simple if Romney wins and is the choice then we are back to square one.  It's funny to me that he a governor of the most liberal hand-out state with a mandate which entitles one person to care for another. (Who is John Galt?) Now five years later he can win as a conservative.  As a Veteran and a descendant of a Florida pioneer I am ashamed as I have no party the Republicans have left me. Note even the Rush or Sean who claim to be conservative will identify the real conservative. But not to worry sell my house, condo and move to the country. Not voting for Romney.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
