The thirteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States was proposed to the legislatures of the several States by the Eleventh Congress, Second Session, on the 1st of May, 1810.  There has been a lot of discussion over the years about the fact that this Amendment was established to prohibit members of the BAR Association from participating in government offices.  If that were the sole purpose for this Amendment it is wasted energy. Our Founding Fathers were much more straight forward than that.

No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time: and no Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office. - Article I, Section 6, Paragraph 2 - Constitution for the United States of America

This provision was established to maintain the clear dividing line that had been drawn between the three branches of the government. Violation of this provision create a direct conflict of interest because members of the BAR would be officers of the court in the Judiciary branch and members of the legislature in the Legislative branch.

Obviously "OUR" problems are bigger than the CFR, IMF, TRI-LATS, etc.; they're internal.

Does anyone know of a comprehensive list of marxist/anti-American companies? 

I have recently found out many organic products are owned by radicals, also, I'm questioning products like Newman's Own, owned by Paul Newman, whose labels say;"all proceeds go to charity".  Which charities?  UNICEF? Sierra Club? 

I would truly like to stop buying products that promote and enrich the radical left.  Already I have boycotted Starkist Tuna, Progressive Insurance, GE, AARP, almost all Hollywood movies, ELLE magazine, and many more.

Let's all unite and build a comprehensive list and stop them with the power of money (when it affects their wallets).

Rush verses Sandra Fluke
Fact: What Rush Limbaugh said about Sandra Fluke was inappropriate and he never should have said it.
Fact: Rush apologized, which Sandra Fluke refused to except.
If Sandra Fluke is not happy with the Moral Teachings of the Catholic Colleges or their Health Care Policies why not attend a university that has a different point of view and values.
This is not a women's issue it's an attack on Religion and in my humble opinion unconstitutional.
Let's protect the Rights of Conscience and put a stop to attacks on our Religious Freedoms while we still have time. Remember it's not Freedom from Religion it's Freedom OF Religion.
Let's Stand up people call or email your Senator and congressman TODAY!!

Roma and Tom, I totally agree "politicians become corrupted with money and power".  Look at Cantor and Coburn and Brewer and Haley -- endorsing Romney.  Really?  Is antithetical to everything on this site, yet those supposed tea partiers are endorsing him.  hmmm....now why is that?  Don't want to bite the hand that feeds you.  Make sure you pick the winner...it's such a sad state of affairs.
