That is why we did not remove her from the membership BUT wanted to alert her to the fact many in our tea party are tiring of her charade as a tea party member.

Billie,

First I would like to thank you for you insight, leadership and all those in the FCTP for their individual sacrafice and dedication to restoring America to her founding Principles.

While it is obvious Mrs. Choate has stated nothing more than personal opinion and Debbie and You have given a very accurate assessment of her and her arguments,  I believe this blog and her comments actually serve our community well.

It shows exactly how successful influence operations from both the Islamist and Progressive left have been in America for all of us to see first hand.  I believe these and similar blog comments should be shared with all conservatives and those on the fence as a reality check of just how far the social agenda has advanced in America.

 In addition, the more attention and light we shine on those who operate under the "Radar" to influence change in our nation....the better off we are.  Most of the effective dismantling of a nation is not via warfare, but via influence operations, penetration operations, and then incrementally through legislation.  Each of our elected officials need to understand who these folks are and just how dangerous they are.

Mrs. Choate, has driven many folks to this blog and raised considerabale awareness even within the TEA Party, for that she has my sincere appreciation.

Amanda:  Once again your postings have reached a level of disgust with many of our members.  We have received numerous calls and emails asking that we remove you from our membership.  Your views are ALWAYS opposite of tea party views.  You come in to each post with the complete opposite viewpoint of those who are in this tea party.  We allow you to post your comments and we watch people debate you time and time again.  However, people are tiring of you.  We watch as we post and within a few minutes, Amanda shows up with her negative naysayer statements.  You are so predictable.  You are no tea party member Amanda.  You are a plant and we know it.  ACT is a nationwide organization who has done their research and can factually debate Sharia Law.  They are experts on this topic and have factual information to back it up.  Your statements are OPINIONS and while this is a free country, your opinion is yours for now.  One day you may not be allowed to think freely and for yourself if Sharia law replaces the Constitution.  This website is open to those who believe in the tea party movement.  We question why you are here.  Why do you love to spend your time trying to change the minds of those of us who have researched the facts and have made our decisions based on facts?  If you can give us more FACTS rather than OPINIONS we might listen to you.  Unfortunately, you do not do that and instead throw your opinion in the mix and create large pages of debates.  I AM ASKING EVERYONE WHO HAS PARTICIPATED IN THIS RIDICULOUS DISCUSSION WITH AMANDA TO IGNORE HER.  SHE LOVES TO CREATE CHAOS SO LET'S NOT GIVE HER ANY BONE TO CHEW ON.

Ms. Choate, your posts demonstrate the success of the the goals of the Intercollegiate Socialist Society, Communist Party of the United States, and John Dewey to name a few to re-write United States history and change the purpose of education to create an educatable workforce rather than educated citizens.  This statement was taken from the 1916 ISS news letter.  This sentiment has been ubiquitous through the decades.  I mention this as the individuals that subscribe to this ideology share the the same goal with radical Muslims; the enemy of my enemy is my friend.  

You have chosen to read only the preface of a novel and then proceed as if you have read the entire novel.  Unfortunately,  many Americans do just this.  I am not attacking or criticizing your posts, but rather pointing out what is obvious. 

I wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving. If you are enjoying a Butterball turkey, take comfort in knowing it is Halal certified.

Permissible and Obligatory Lying.   Lying is Obligatory if the requiement is obligatory.... such as JIHAD... Cultural or otherwise per Islamic Doctrine.

 

PERMISSIBLE LYING

r8.2 The Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said,

``He who settles disagreements between people to bring about good or says something commendable is not a liar.''  

This much is related by both Bukhari and Muslim, with Muslim's version recording that Umm Kulthum

added,

``I did not hear him permit untruth in anything people say, except for three things: war, settling disagreements and a man talking with his wife or she with him (A:in smoothing over differences),''

This is an explicit statement that lying is sometimes permissible for a given interest, scholars having established criteria defining what types of it are lawful. The best analysis of it I have seen is by Imam Ghazali. If something is attainable through both telling the truth and lying, it is unlawful to accomplish it through lying because there is no need for it. When it is possible to achieve such an aim by lying but not by telling the truth, it is permissible to lie if attaining the goal is permissible (N:i.e. when the purpose of lying

is to circumvent someone who is preventing one from doing something permissible), and obligatory to lie if the goal is obligatory. When for example one is concealing a muslim from an oppressor (non-Muslim) who asks where he

is, it is obligatory to lie about his being hidden. Or when a person deposits an article with one for

safekeeping and an oppressor wanting to appropriate it inquires about it, it is obligatory to lie about having

concealed it, for if one informs him about the article and he then siezes it, one is financially liable(A:to

the owner)to cover the article's cost. Whether the purpose is war, settling a disagreement, or gaining

the sympathy of a victim legally entitled to retaliate against one so that he will forbear to do so; it is not

unlawful to ;lie when any of these aims can only be attained through lying. But is religiously more

precautionary (def:c6.5) in all such cases to employ words that give misleadng impression, meaning to

intend by one's words something that is literally true, in respect to which one is not lying (def:r10.2)

white the outward purport of the words deceives the hearer, though even if one does not have such an

intention and merely lies without intending anything else, it is not unlawful in the above circumstances.

`This is true of every expression connected with a legitimating desired end, whether one's own or

another's. An example of a legitimating end of one's own is when an oppressor intending to appropriate

one's property inquires about it, in which case one may deny it. Or if a ruler asks one about a wicked act

one has committed that is solely between oneself and Allah Most High (N: i.e. it does not concern the rights of another), in which case one is entitled to disclaim it, such as by saying, 'I did not commit fornication,'or'I did not drink.' There are many well known hadiths in which those who admitted they

deserved punishment were given prompting (A: by the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace)) to retract their confessions. An example of a legitimating desired end of another is when one is asked about another's secret and one disacknowledges it. And so on. One should compare the bad consequences entailed by lying to those entailed by telling the truth, and if the consequences of telling the truth are more damaging, on is entitled to lie

No just sign my pledge and pass it on. But of course you have no power and that is what really bothers you. That this smart, highly edcucated Muslim woman boasts more influence and is held in high regard by her community, whereas yourself, holds no such sway.

Not sure where in the thread this will post but just putting it out there. Read 12 separate documents; most out of the UK that stated Nelson didn't accept the money. Money WAS offered by Bedier but Nelson claims  he didn't take it. Therefore, when Fakoury states that no money was given, she was right. When we state taqiyya is being used, we are correct as well. Sooo consistent it's funny.
