Rabbinical courts are alllowed to operate outside the statuted legal system. If they were the same there would be no need.
Carla, not in a thousand years. But who knows. The best thing to do is allow Mexicans into the country and let them propigate like crazy. White people in this country aren't maming enough babies to replace the population.

My million dollar question is this-- How in hell can we
actually believe America is not compatible with Islam “over there” but magically
works here? Let me put it very simply: When enough “Muslim Americans” with
Islamic values are in the right positions, our constitution will cease to
exist. The situation “over there” will be over here. We’ve recently seen
extensive evidence at its manipulation by our own moronic leaders. Not so
coincidently, several are funded by or influenced by Islam already. Please tell
me, we are not blind to the facts.

In 620; ten years into the movement:

 “The new religion evolved into a way of life

Why doesn’t the average American get it?  In the back of our minds, do we think that we are so wonderful; so smart—the enemy is always over there in some other country? Therefore, our battle can never be on our own land. Tell that to the list of countries who already went through it. We think
that somehow, the millions of Muslims migrating to our country will catch the liberty love bug and shed their deeply engrained ideology. Taking Islam 101 would provide enough to know this just isn’t going to happen. Any American who thinks Islam is compatible with our Constitution; knows nothing of our system or theirs.

Many Middle East immigrants are NOT coming to America for opportunity to live in a free country. Their civilization doesn’t value free expression, money, capitalism or anything else America has to offer. Migration is occurring by the millions each year, many with prestigious degrees that took
triple the rigor than any top American college. Islam’s mission is like nothing we here in America have ever seen. There is something called the Muslim Brotherhood that has melted into our society and firms up in strategic places; giving influence, control and power. It doesn’t take much of a dig to see a strong pattern of laws limiting liberty following them once those positions have been filled
by “Muslim Americans”--especially if connected in any way with advocacy organizations. The average Muslim who fled to become American just does NOT seek public office. To do so “without authorization” would mean certain death.

I have enough sense to respect Islam. I believe what they write, say and have believed in since 624AD. We KNOW the intent.  It’s not a race or religion. It is an all encompassing way of life; once implemented, will circumvent all aspects of our existence! We will be under Sharia Law! It’s not if; it’s when. Every other culture touched by Islam experiences it --America is not immune. I would
suggest America get its head out of …the sand and figure things out.  Islam doesn’t need Jihad by the sword to absorb America—they have uninformed citizens who really don’t care. We are so
stupid that Islamic Clerics are freely giving speeches all across this country brainwashing us into thinking Islam and America are the same. Uninformed Americans are lapping it up like dumb dogs. Not all human beings currently taking advantage of American freedoms are doing so for honorable reasons. Strategy is in play here. No matter how good a wife is, if she is married to an abuser, he will abuse. He will court her, shower her with all the right things until such as a time he has the strongest vantage and then, he will become the abuser he is. America is the good wife and Islam is the abuser. I guarantee it! We will have no refuge, if we don’t stop this.  The Islamic ideology is a massive force; engrained generation after generation and encompasses all aspects of life, it is rare for a Muslim to abandon it; no matter how attractive the alternative. It is naïve to think that America is not
being subjugated!  We are dying a slow death. We are simple to think that if we are “nice” and “tolerant” of others, it will be reciprocated. The average American lacks the critical thinking
skills that make a society really intelligent. Those things are being competent to look for major themes across cultural societies; ability to understand motivations, major political systems, cultural/tribal survival, loyalty and of course keeping the family together. With a divorce rate of 51% and abortion of a million per year, anyone with a brain cell left can tell America doesn’t have what it takes to protect its own. We are losing our country and yet so many respond to controversy with the preprogrammed retort of “don’t be a racist” thinking somehow it will squash any unpleasant topic. This is laughable because race has nothing to do with it. Every time I hear that canned response,
it gives me further proof the Average American has no clue.

This past summer, I was sitting in on a Town hall event where a congressional representative was the guest speaker. It was hilarious exchange between this Florida representative and a concerned citizen centered on Iraq, Afghanistan and our progress there. After several questions; the Florida rep agreed that it is about time to bring our military home. He took the answer further. I am paraphrasing but here was the gist of his response [….we can only do so much over there….we cannot possibly expect them to adopt our democratic ideology given their contrasting views. We can only do so much to
help them but given the strict history of Islam, it’s a moot point—we cannot fight that kind of system!]

The "Dumbing Down of America" is a statement often used to define today's children and the compulsory education system for which they partake. The ignorance of our culture has less to do with public education and more about choice in values. Approximately forty years ago, The American
family became complacent in all aspects of living; with the exception of consumption. That self-satisfaction, led to an entertainment driven society yielding a shift in priorities. We are uninformed, because we chose to be. It’s just too difficult or inconvenient. Our children lack the knowledge that will sustain us as a culture. This shift started and is supported at home. Once the television started doing the thinking for us, we simply forgot how to think. Virtual reality is easier. Back in 1978, my grandmother made a prophetic statement. She said “Television is evil and will be the downfall of society”. We followed the bouncing ball folks.

 

It takes education to figure out what Islam is doing and the average citizen is seriously lacking.  Much of the United States knows very little about the world economy, world religions, other views or its military relevance. In this respect, societies outside of America are way ahead. Unfortunately, we live in a sit-com society. We don’t spend any time in analysis of the world around us. We don’t read; not important information anyway. We’ve managed to pass indifference to our
children and children’s children.

Remember when we used to teach our children about “stranger danger”? After a time, our police
department discovered that children were walking away with these people becausethey didn’t look like the boogie man and/or they had a puppy? In other words, they were harmless. They didn’t fit the “boogie man” description. Years later,profilers noticed a pattern in that many of these offenders were familiar; had made friends with and/or blended into the victim’s world prior to violating the
child. The family had to take a proactive role in educating ourselves as to the real dangers. We had to change our way of life making sure we protected our own; even if it happened to “offend” someone. 
One would think, we would learn from our devastating mistakes.

We are simple in that we believe in the good of all people. We think that if a person dresses nice, speaks well and polite, they must be ok. We believe that, short of a few stragglers, most human beings are motivated by basic needs: love, faith, money to live on, and peace. After all, our founding fathers had the fortitude to put those promises in our governing documents. Furthermore, our belief system leads us to believe that all human beings, regardless of ideological background, will agree with our open society. Though not stated, we act as though the moment they step foot on this magical land we call America, they will give upall their own preconceived principles and grasp ours  with open arms. It’s faulty thinking that since we appreciate freedoms; all cultures who step on our
land want to adopt American values. This will only be true for those who flee from a land for which they WANT to abandon.  contd next post.....

Sharia law is not a 1000 year old irrelevant legal system...but a system which is for all time, whose  gates to IJMA have been closed for 1000 years.... meaning they can never be changed or amended...they are perpetual and divine.

spoken like a true dhimmi.  Both Rabbinical law or Halaka law and Catholic Canon Law abide by and under the law of the land aka the Constitution.  In addition, their laws are concerned only with those who are jews or christians respectively.... not so under Sharia Law.   about 60% of the Trilogy deals with NON-Muslim or those who do not follow the religion.

Sharia and Islam calls for all MUSLIM to wage JIHAD or Islamic warfare aginst non-Muslims to establish the deen or religion until all submit and only Allahs religion reigns supreme.

Now if Sharia will not allow Muslims to deny  or denounce this under penalty of being kicked out of the club... for committing an act of Apostacy....they become a non- Muslim.  IF Manal is a Good Muslim in accordance with doctrine she believes in Jihad, if she does not she is not a Muslim.   Or how about asking her to denounce JIHAD in writing Jihad in accordance with the Book of JUSTICE book O.90 in the Sacred Islamic Law Manul.

Now you are making excuses, Using the Muslim Brotherhood talking points, that they are oppressed.  Well, American Muslims are oppressed in accordance with Islamic Doctrine merely for living in a country which is not under Sharia Rule and they are to wage Cultural or Stealh Jihad until they have the numbers to wage Physical Jihad and implement the Sharia.

Jihad forms in accordance with doctrine 1.  Jihad Qital - Violent Jihad by M.B. orgs like Hamas, Taliban, etc, 2.  Jihad with the Pen - write glowing articles and about Islam and to decieve non-Muslims.  3.  With the Mouth - Speak and engange groups on the benevolence of Islam and decieve to establish the religion  4.  Wage Jihad in the Heart - to hate and despise the non-Muslim and man made political system while smiling to their face until Islamic Law can be Established.   Now we have Sharia Compliant Finance of JIHAD with Money as Yousep Qaradawi like to say.
