Wealth envy is a nasty game. It seems that anyone who makes more than someone else in the same field must be vilified as somehow being “corrupt” or “greedy”. Next on the class warfare chopping block are CEOs of for-profit colleges. These evil colleges are making lots of money from people who need loans to attend these universities. It must also be noted, that the only requirements to attend these schools are a high school diploma and a job – not academic achievements.

The reason these schools are creating such a fuss is because many of their students fail out and default on their loans. Uh oh, don’t look now, but it’s the politically correct victim crowd coming out: “Their stockholders are literally making out like bandits, while their students—many of whom are low-income and minority—generally find little academic success.” Of course! These people are just simply taking advantage of low income and minority groups! If these people failed out of their respective schools, it is the schools fault, not the students’?
