Great article!  Most Americans who are over a "certain age" are struggling with the feeling that we are living in what one writer called the "Old America," while the Obaminators are living quite happily in the "New America."  The "New America" is actually the "Old Europe" with its welfare state which is collapsing around them.  They fail to recognize that the "New America" is collapsing around them too, and their reaction is the same as that of the rioting Greeks - make those who are already paying 60%+ of the tax freight pay more.  Roosevelt did the same during his so-called "New Deal" by tripling taxes and unemployment never dropped below 20% during the New Deal.  His efforts at "reforming" Wall Street (echoed by Obama) resulted in reduced investment spending, also contributing to the prolonged economic recovery.  He efforts to "reform" banking triggered over 8.000 bank failures, while Canada had zero bank failures during the Great Depression.  FDR's Treasury Secretary told Congressional Democrats that after 8 years of deficit spending, they were no better off, there were not enough jobs nor enough food for people to eat, but the debt had grown.  Greenspan said essentially the same thing about Obama's efforts to repeat FDR's deficit spending. 

He who ignores history........well you know the rest of it  We ARE repeating the same mistakes.

 

What somebody needs to tell the Obamanation in the White House is that we need to repeat the same economic policies of Democratic president John F Kennedy who reduced the top tax rates on corporations and wealthy individuals (which Republicans OPPOSED (!) and unleashed an economic boom that lasted until LBJ decided to become FDR-lite and cause the economy to go into a downward trajectory that lasted for years!

Let's face it,  He is not really not one of us.  Pay attention to everything he is trying to do.  He is taking orders from someone very unAmerican, and wants to destroy our Free market system and take our dollar down.  Why is this so hard for some to understand?  Who are the people contributing so much money to him and his campaign for re-election?  And HE IS CAMPAIGNING!!!.  I pray that our Republicans stay on their toes and not be duped by him . May  God Bless this USA and protect us from all evil.

VERY True...I got that message during the campaign too bad the rest of America didn't!  Now we are stuck with this jerk who hates us, our customs, and everything we stand for!
