This IS an Endorsement
Today is Sunday before the primary election in Florida. My phone is hot to the touch as media outlets and candidate consultants reach out to hear what I have to say. This is the strangest experience of my life and I need to share it with you. Why is it strange? Because I am just Billie. I am no one special. I have never run for office. I am a Daughter, a Sister, a Wife, a Mother, a Business Owner, a Tea Party Founder and most of all, a Christian. Who the heck am I to be playing at this level in the biggest political game of our country?
I did not plan to be a “tea party leader.” It just happened. It happened because in 2008 when John McCain suspended his campaign to return to Washington, I knew right then and there – our country was in deep trouble. As a consultant to CEOs and executives, I knew those words were leading us to a troubled situation that needed a turnaround strategy.
The “turnaround strategy” that Pres. Bush used was a bailout. That was not what the people wanted and thus began, the Tea Party Movement.
We the People were not happy with the bailout strategy and instead wanted the chips to fall where they may and let the free markets right themselves without government interference. We became fully awake and aware that the government had grown too big for its britches and it was time for us to remind them who was in charge.
It’s been a long 3 years since that dreadful bailout day. We have grown in numbers and grown in wisdom through research and civic involvement. We are not sleeping anymore and those in charge of the government wish we were.
So here we are – the next Presidential election is looming. The candidates are one by one whittling away and the last man will stand as the candidate for the GOP. The tea party has become involved in the GOP – which was our strategy to return the GOP to its rightful place as the Conservative watchdog for our Constitutional rights. Many tea party members have infiltrated the GOP and we are proud that we have made a difference. Last November we sent tea party candidates to Washington and tea party Governors to lead many states.
Now the biggest game of all is here. We are watching the players of the Big Game show up. They are the campaign consultants who appear as talking heads on national media outlets. They are the media who has “experts” on board about political campaigning. They are the former “has-been consultants and political operatives” who no one will hire but media outlets will use for entertainment purposes. They are the advertising companies who write ads and manipulate the truth so they can win the next campaign contract. They are the candidates who are either in the race for their own personal agendas OR are in it because they have been called to this moment in time.
It is a rough time for the people of the United States. We are watching TV ads devour the truth to ensure their man wins. We are watching candidates ignore us as they go back to their normal campaign playbooks. We are watching media outlets ask irrelevant questions instead of ones that mean the most to us on the front lines of America. We are watching candidates actually lie to us knowing full well we will do our research and discover the truth.
We the People are weary from these tactics and tired of the lies and deceit that is showing up on our airwaves and from the mouths of the candidates.
I am writing to you today because I feel it is important for all of us to understand how important your vote is this coming Tuesday.
The GOP made a decision to move up their primary. When they did so, they lost delegates and it changed the game for Florida. They also made a decision that the winner will take all in Florida. In other words, the GOP establishment knew that the tea party had taken over many of the local RECs and they were doing their best to manipulate the process. They were in fact sending us a message – “Don’t mess with us. We know how to play the game.”
A political consultant recently said, “If you want to be a player and you want a seat at the table, you need to get on board with the establishment’s game and choice. Otherwise you will be sitting outside with your nose pressed against the window looking in and wishing you could be inside. If you don’t play nice with them, they will destroy you.”
I was stunned by the statement but not surprised.
Here was my answer – What’s new. We the People have been sitting outside for nearly 100 years. We have no desire to sit at the table – we have the desire to take the table from those who think it belongs to them! It’s our civic duty to do so according to the Declaration of Independence:
When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
Another phone call came this morning from a well-respected leader of the Tea Party Movement. He said I would be one of the tea party leaders every candidate would be watching for the next 48 hours. They are all waiting for your endorsement. “This is your time,” he said.
So I have made a decision to give that endorsement and it will be a surprise to many who read this. It may appear to be “political” in nature but the reality is, I believe in something bigger than one candidate. I believe in We the People.
I am endorsing We the People because I believe they will make the right decision based on facts, data, research and truth this coming Tuesday. I am endorsing the people because they have become wise and know that what we are seeing on the airwaves and hearing from the mouths of some of these candidates is not truth. I am endorsing the people because I trust them more than I trust any consultant, media personality or “has been political operatives.” I trust the people to show the establishment that times have changed and no matter what games they are playing – we have another one that is being played too.
Our game has one goal in mind – To right this country to it’s Constitutional foundation and return our nation back to the hands of the people. We have a mess on our hands and the governmental bureaucrats and politicians need to get out of our way so we can fix it. They can’t but we can.
So there you go, my friends – My Endorsement is for We the People and when you finally have the last man standing – I will work for that man and will do all I can to ensure that President Obama packs his bags and goes back to Chicago. I will work tirelessly to support the last man standing because we must!
May God bless you all as you decide the best man who will earn the right to be our President. Do not take this vote lightly – we are all counting on you to bring us the best man for the job.
And one last thing – Pray hard and Pray often. God is giving you a chance to be a part of something Big in America. He loves us and loves this great country that was founded on His principles. All He needs is to hear from us and He will give us the desires of our heart. He believes in free will so He will not intervene unless we ask Him to do so.
It’s Sunday and Tuesday’s coming. May God Save the USA is my favorite song and I think it's time we heard it again today. Thanks Murray for these wonderful words.

Mrs Tucker, it does not surprise me nor should it you that the consultant told you to just go along with the establishment if you want your seat at the table. I have been told that repeatedly, in fact they gave up on me long ago. To the point they know I am a right wing christian looking to expose the truth of the insider games and corrupt politics inside the GOP. Local leaders have blocked me from being hired on campaigns due to there influence and threats to candidates. This is normal the insiders have the upper hand as candidates hire the top consultants who along with the major donors control everything they do. This past Spring I even had local party leadership calling me threatening to blame the loss of Mike Hogan on me if he lost if I did not pull my United Christians of FL voter guide endorsements, after I had already delivered 30,000 to churches. All this was because one major fundraiser and leader was angry that UCF endorsed Matt Schellenberg (whom I was working for) for city council over Jack Webb. They wanted this stopped as they knew this would hurt mr Webb if those guides went to all the mandarin churches. I dont know and I may be wrong but my guess is mrs Tucker that the same consultant that told you this mess is the same dirty rotten lying deceiving consultant that threatened my future political work and my ministry would be destroyed if I did not just go away and stop getting the truth out about his candidate that committed willfully and purposefully fraud and theft from my ministry and then was lying about it to cover it up. Well intended God fearing patriots like you and me just have to do the work God has called us to do mostly on the outside. With Gods help sometimes righteousness does win!!! Tea Party principles, what are they? Self-reliance, small government, freedom from onerous regulations, free-markets, personal responsibility. So which candidate's past demonstrates the liklihood that they will carry those core beliefs with them into the White House. In ranking the four remaining candidates on this criteria, for me it would be, Paul, Santorum, Gingrich and Romney. As for electability in the general election the inverse would be true, Romney, Gingrich, Santorum and Paul.
Floridians have lost their voice in now the last two conventions, having their delegate count cut in half because we were unwilling to conduct our primary during the allotted period. Florida's politicians wanted to have as "say" in the nomination process. Well we have a smaller voice when it counts, at the convention. As Pogo said so eloquently, "We have met the enemy and he is us."

Something has happened….. The people no longer ask who we are going to vote for. But remain concerned......Since the inception of the Town Crier’s mission in the streets of St Augustine, the public would engage the Criers with, “who are you going to vote for?" There was great interest in how the Tea Party would influence the Republicans in their presidential selection. Now that the Republican primaries are underway it is clear that the Tea Parties have not had much of an effect.
The Republicans are sensing that they can nominate nearly anyone they want as the Tea Party people have no place to go in the general election. So in the most critical election since 1860, the Republicans are going to play the same old game. Run party “hacks” as conservatives and govern as progressives. Maybe they could run Bob Dole again. The “snow birds” are now on the streets of St Augustine so the public that we are greeting are from all over the country. While the media and certain Republican activists are enthusiastic, the people are less passionate. They are concerned with America’s descent into socialist governance. It’s not a Democrat or Republican issue, the movement is to the Tea Party. We would hope that our Republican friends would see that America does not need two progressive parties. The Democrats own the progressive movement. America is waking up. If the Republicans continue down their current path, one of these mornings they are going to wake up to the fact that the GOP has no place in the equation. The question now is will the Republicans give the election to Obama? Good show Billie Tucker it's truly about We the People!

I will vote for I think will be the biggest threat to Obama. The media hates Romney and wants Newt. For both of these reasons I will hold my nose and vote Romney tomorrow.

I pray to God We the People do not let down our mortally suffering country. You and Thomas Jefferson believe in the ultimate integrity of The People, and so do I! Nevertheless, I am praying with all my heart and soul that we who believe in our Republic will out number those with their hands out. Good job, Billie, once again.

While I read a lot of what gets posted here I've never posted before.......but what you said at the beginning of the piece, well that is about as good a summation as I've seen. And I agree that "The People" is who needs endorcing. We're neither trusted nor approved of, I think because so many of us want to think for ourselves.
And it's correct that we've been lied to, and lied about.....all of us that have decided that we got sold out.
For my part I will vote for Mr. Paul.......and I'll admit that it will be a VERY hard thing should Mr. Romney be the option to Mr. Obama come November for me to pull that lever because I see him as......well I won't say it because it is not helpful, suffice that I do not trust him in the least........hopefull I will not have to cross that bridge.
And I do realize that a lot of TP folks see Dr. Paul as something unusual but know this, those of us who will vote for him are as fed up as you are, maybe just a little more so.
Finally, while Mr. Obama embodies what is wrong it is not to be forgotten that it is a ruling class mentality that is ultimately what is wrong in this country......time to fix that!

I've already voted and voted according to the theory espoused by Neil Boortz, Charles Krauthammer, and other...vote for the candidate who has the best chance of defeating Barack Hussein Obama. THAT IS PRIORITY #1! Of the four remaining candidates, that candidate was my #3 choice, but I voted for him anyway because if we don't get Barack Hussein Obama out of office, there's surely NO chance of reversing what he's done and implemanting a conservative agenda. Baby steps...A long journey begins with but a single step. If we're not even able to take that first step, we're screwed.

So far, your candidates are not in the running. I hope we all feel that whomever is chosen, we must pick the "right one," and unite to make Obama a one term president--
yes, please God (and we must must help) save the USA.
"If my peoiple who are called by my name, will humble themselves and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will.. forgive their sins and heal their land."
This leader must emerge!

Hi Billie, It is my belief that the Tea Party folks have made a dent in the fabric of society so that those with a brain can fathom what has happened to our country. I believe that in the end, they will make the best choice for the White House. We voted for whom we thought was best several weeks ago and know there is no candidate without taint. There it is my belief that sometimes God chooses the greatest sinners to be His best saints and He sends them out there for the hardest jobs. I wish that Herman Cain could have remained in. I wish that Santorum's family was whole and the wouldn't have had to return home. So that leaves only two to choose from. We have picked Newt because of all the canidates, he alone was part of the Establishments but now sees it from the outside. Is he perfect..............no indeed. Does he have the understanding of how Washington works? Absolutely. Can he wield the various folks there together for the benefit of the country? Yes. It will take a lot of work and prayer. That is something we can all do, no matter what our religion.....prayer, good thoughts or whatever one may call it, it works. I hope all will dig deep to see that much of the lastest junk out there is untrue or twisted to benefit the other side. These are my feelings. Go Newt!!

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??
If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
