What a shame Mr. Cook doesn't think the voters have a right to impose term limits................the final decisions is now out, and yes we do have a right to term limit folks!!

An opinion released by the Florida Supreme Court Thursday makes clear that charter counties — like Clay and Duval — can impose term limits on local elected offices.
The specific case surrounded a term-limits measure for Broward County commissioners passed more than a decade ago. Justices affirmed an appeals court ruling that said the term limits were constitutional.
Though the specific case has its roots in South Florida, it clears up confusion that may have existed about any charter county with more home-rule power being able to impose term limits.
The Supreme Court heard the case last month that featured a case involving Jacksonville's charter prominently in its opinion.
In 1992, voters amended the city charter to add a two-term limitation on the sheriff, supervisor of elections, property appraiser, tax collector, clerk of court, members of the Duval County School Board, and members of the Civil Service board.

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
