30 March 2011
Dear Tea Party Member,
I need your immediate action. The U.S. House of Representatives is set to vote on 31 March or 1 April on an amendment to strip a critical pro-worker freedom provision from the pending H.R. 658, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reauthorization.
It's absolutely vital you urge your U.S. Congressional Representative to vote AGAINST the LaTourette/Costello Amendment stripping Sec. 903 from the FAA bill (H.R. 658).

Subject: Vote AGAINST the LaTourette/Costello Amendment stripping Section 903 from H.R. 658, the FAA Authorization bill.
H.R. 658, the FAA Authorization bill, contains a very important provision protecting middle class Americans, Section 903. Section 903 overturns an Obama Administration bureaucratic power grab -- rammed through by two former union officials now serving on the National Mediation Board (NMB) -- aimed at greasing the skids for the forced unionization of airline and railway workers. The LaTourette/Costello Amendment seeks to strip section 903 from H.R. 658. Make sure you oppose this amendment.
Congressman Crenshaw, you have served well in Congress in protecting Americans from the liberal left agenda. But you have served quietly. It is time you became vocal and visible in your leadership to protect the rights of Americans from Union control. We look forward to hearing you take the lead on this vital subject.
