They are publishing all the Marquee GOP Supporters of Alvin Brown. Marquee means stars and people better than the average Duval County citizen - in other words you and me.
If you would like to sign your name to this message, please do so in the comments section. We will send the following message to the Tiny Union:
Dear TU: We noticed you have listed all the "Marquee" or "Passionate" GOP donors who are supporting Alvin Brown for Mayor.
Please do the same for us as the Duval County Marquee/Passionate Residents aka Tea Party Members who support Mike Hogan for Mayor. Thank you for your assistance with this important matter. We know you will do the right thing - it would be considered fair journalism. Right?

We are "passionate" and concerned Republican Duval county citizens that support Mike Hogan for Mayor. We greatly resent the Times Union inference that the GOP supporters for Mike are not as passionate as those writing the big checks for Alvin Brown. It is obvious that the big name Republicans supporting Alvin Brown are also for higher taxes and and more spending for the downtown development and the non-profit organizations. Shame on the Times Union for such biased reporting.

I just got off the phone with the TU canceling my subscription. When one of the cornerstones of protecting our freedoms becomes corrupted, then our freedoms are compromised. The Press is suffering mightily from a chronic diseased state and is slowly moving towards extinction. When objectivity goes so do our freedoms in the process!
Newspapers should never support or sponsor anyone! They must remain neutral! And most important, they must not add, subtract, embellish, or distract from the Truth!
