Is AT&T limiting Conservative viewpoint?

     As of Jan 1st, AT&T pushed Fox News Channel into a higher priced cable package.  None of the liberal cable channels (CNN, MSNBC, HLN)  were moved up.  I feel they may be intentionally limiting the flow of Conservative information in this election year. So to get FNC you would have to subscribe to the next level at $10/month.  I wouldn't think much of it if all cable news was bumped up.  So, we're dropping AT&T and hope others will consider it too.  The change at this time causes concern regarding the threat of the "Fairness Doctrine."  I am interested to know if others share the concern.

Absolutely...we agree with you totally.  Dish Network is not charging more for Fox News, so that is one place I know you can switch to.  There is likely others.

Called AT&T today to post a complaint.  They informed me that their contract was up w/ Fox and they are in negotiations.  He said this could be temporary!  Lets see.....

Linda Foreman said:   I phoned Bill Bennett's "Morning in America" yesterday , hoping this bias by AT&T would get more attention.  The producer said if he got another call about it he would call it to Bill's attention.  If anyone out there is willing to do this I would encourage it.  Thanks .

     When we called AT&T to complain, they gave us an entirely different reason (nothing to do with the Fox contract), so I'm guessing they may be feeling a little pressure.
