Mayor John Peyton asks for help getting rid of Yarborough, Clark, Crescimbeni and Bishop

Yarborough, Bishop and Crescimbeni have been the

"Three Amigos" of the taxpayer.  They question expenditures and do their research.  The ask the tough questions.  I
have been impressed by their professionalism, their willingness to go against

the establishment.  They have acted as statesmen.

Mayor John Peyton wouldn't mind seeing voters toss four incumbent city councilmen.
In a speech to members of the Jacksonville Cifvic Council, the term-limited

mayor asked for help in ousting Clay

Yarborough
Richard ClarkJohn

Crescimbeni
and Bill Bishop. Said Clark: “It’s not

really a surprise. We’ve had many disagreements over fees and taxes. I’ve been

quite vocal.” …

THE ONLY COUNCILMAN worthy of the title STATESMAN is CLAY YARBOROUGH.

Go back and review the film of the budget meetings and what types of cuts were introduced and by whom.  Mr. Yarborough was the only on introducing hard hitting cuts for our city, which the council promptly shot down anything with significant impact.

Mr. Clark and Mr. Bishop did step outside the compfort zone of Mayor Peyton... but they did go nearly far enough in my opinion.  I however do commend them on taking at least these fiscally responsible steps that other did not.

Our City Council has many more duties in addition to being just fiscally responsible.... one to PROTECT our community.

In a conversation with Gregg Youngblood on this past Thursday...we discussed the term statesman.

A statesman - is a man of morals and principle, one who puts his appointment above personal gain and will work to the best interest of the community always, basing his decisions on the facts or merits of the argument... not so a politician whose lacks this same moral standard and who may SOMETIMES make the right decision... but usually the one most expedient to the career trajectory or the one of least friction is typical.

Our City Council removed a man for having just one legal issue or allegation against him from office.   Yet we now have a man sitting on our Human Rights Council who per the Dept of Justice led a Muslim Brotherhood Entity and Palestine Committee (HAMAS) terroist group for 4 years and a member for 10 years.

The Statesman Clay Yarborough looked at information provided and Changed his Vote and sent this back for review by the rules committee.  A committee BILL BISHOP sat on and voted in favor of this HAMAS affililiate.

A look into John Cresembeni who nominated Parvez Ahmed will show a substantial amount of donations from not only Parvez Ahmed, but others in the Islamic community.   He went out of his way to avoid the facts.  JOHN IS NO STATESMAN.

.

Freedom of religion and freedom from persecution are as Bill said later at a republican meeting... both a constitutional issue and a human rights issue.   However, Parvez was given this basic "Pledge of Religious Freedom" by former muslim being persecuted here in America...simply asking Parvez to sign it saying they should be able to live in America  free from fear of harm, persecution, or threat of death from their muslim neighbors.

Parvez refuses to this day.  Bill Bishop said at the republican club he would deliver and ask parvez to sign and take issue if he did not.  However when Mr. Bishop asked him.. he was givem the MPAC talking point he did not endorse any group.   The pledge does not as for an endorsement of the group...just an endorsement of religious freedom from a Human Rights Commissioner.   I have the email exchanges between Bill, Parvez and myself.  Bill excepted this weak excuse....BILL IS NOT STATESMAN.

Information was submitted from Federal Judges in a court which determined and the defense CAIR stipulated to as factual ... they are in fact a MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD ENTITY whose stated goal to destroy America from within by infiltration and establishing SHARIA LAW in America.

Congresswoman SUE MYRICK of the Counter Terrorism Caucus also further stated CAIR the group our current Human Rights Commissioner Parvez Ahmed led is "THE PROPAGANDA ARM OF HAMAS IN AMERICA" .  Our current HRC was a member of CAIR for over 10 years and the National Chairman for 4 years ... resigning only 3 months prior to 108 guilty verdicts in the largest terrorism finance trial in US HISTORY.

CAIR members were sentence to 65 years and the list to of over 300 yeat to prosecute include Omar Ahmad who was directly replaced by Parvez Ahmed.

Ahmed has openly supported and raised funds for now convicted terrorist Sami al Arian and has acted as a foreign agent for countries hostile to the US.

Currently he is part of two CIVIL cases for Fraud and Breach of Fiduciary Responsiblility and A federal Grand Jury is investigating CAIR for crimes while under his leadership.

This information was initially provided to the City Council by ACT for America Jacksonville Chapter, but the city was also provided this documentation by Frank Gaffney Jr. (Reagaon form National Security Advisor and current president of the Center for Security Policy and FOX News commentator), Ed Soyster form Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, former Inspector General of the Dept of Defence, FBI terrorism Expert John Guandolo and many others.

There were six who changed their decision BASED ON EVIDENCE AND FACTs before them    CLARK, CRESEMBENI, and BISHOP were not among them and can not have my vote.  They have failed our community in an essential part of their duty.

Mrs. Holder,

It thank you for writing your article above.

After posting my comments, I realized some may take this as an attack on you....   IT IS NOT.

I just felt compelled to share some information on two men who do not in my opinion have the moral integrity to serve our community... Cresembeni and Bishop.   Many in my circles also share this same opinion based on their actions and dealings with them.

I thank you for your patriotism and wish you a Blessed and Prosperous New Year!!!

God Bless America!!!

Thank you for clarifying your position on the matter.

I do not consider your comments to be confrontational or an attack.

I was using the following definition from Websters

"1  : one versed in the principles or art of government; especially : one actively engaged in conducting the business of a government or in shaping its policies "

I applied an appropriate definition of statesmanship.   Peyton was advocating the ousting of these councilmen because they are not willing to rubber stamp his fiscal whims and desires, not because of their position on Mr Ahmed's appointment.  When it comes to fiscal issues, these men do fill the definition of statesmen.

Dawn,

I understand you point.... and will concede you are correct under those spedific parameters.  However, I personally believe in order to be a statesman.... you can not pick and choose categories in which you have moral character or lack moral character.

There were 27 grievances or issues in the Declaration of Independance.....   Taxation without representation was only one.  Infact fiscal issues were only mentioned one time and were well down the list in the Declaration.

It was issues of government corruption, Judicial tyranny, and basic lack of moral character which made the top issues and were mentioned several times... not fiscal issues.   Taxation was item 17 of the 27.

I believe if we have with high moral standards... we will not and did not have problems.  But if we elect men who waiver on issue to issue we will have more of the same.

Again, this is a personal opinion....   and thank you for your post.

Have a Blessed New Year and hope to meet and work with you in the protection of our great nation of the coming years.

Dawn... I consider you a Patriot!!!!

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
