I would love to get a viable explanation of why Mike Hogan missed the debate last Monday evening. Doesn't this bother anyone? Doesn't it seem arrogant that he didn't take the time to show up? It doesn't matter how many questions or debates he has attended. What about those people that didn't get to watch the prior debates and really wanted to hear his platform? I'm afraid it sends the wrong message and I know quietly some are concerned about this and about the future of our city. Will he choose (or advised) to not weigh on something critical concrening this city's future? Alvin Brown is gaining momentum and if you think Obama hasn't sent people to Jacksonville, you're wrong. So instead of curbing his momentum by debating him, Hogan gives him the entire time to tout himself and slam Hogan. I just don't get it. Maybe all you people with much bigger minds get it, but I don't.

Well Tim, it is obvious that you are not a legitimate Tea Party member, because Billie is not a MIster!  Also, I gave you the oppotunity to extoll Alvin's accomplishments but instead you tried to demonize me. That is a common Alinsky tactic used almost exclusively by democrats; shame on you.

BTW, take some time to read the Voter Guide published by Concerned Taxpayers of Duval County. It should provide some much needed illumination on Alvin!  Also, along with 'platitudes' I should have included 'demogoguery'.

Have a blessed day.

You people can enjoy each other in your political miseries, you deserve one another!!!

Tim, I know you won't understand the following quote from one of our great Founders, Samuel Adams of Tea Party Fame. The people in the current Tea Party Movement are tired of the ways our elective representatives and the administration have usurped our Freedoms and Liberties that were acknowledged in the Declaration of Independence as a gift from our Creator! In other words, our rights come from God; not from government! The Tea Party Patriots, however, do understand the quote and are now rising-up to ensure that the government returns to the limited powers that are set forth in our Constitution.

"The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil Constitution, are worth defending at all hazards; and it is our duty to defend them against all attacks. We have received them as a fair inheritance from our worthy ancestors: they purchased them for us with toil and danger and expense of treasure and blood, and transmitted them to us with care and diligence. It will bring an everlasting mark of infamy on the present generation, enlightened as it is, if we should suffer them to be wrested from us by violence without a struggle, or to be cheated out of them by the artifices of false and designing men." – Samuel Adams

"Violence is not necessary to destroy a civilization. Each civilization dies from indifference toward the unique values which created it." – Davila

Let me say, that is not going to happen!

the horse is dead, please stop beating it.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
