If you have not heard as yet (doubtful), the senate has voted down the Hutchison bill S. J. Res 6 which would have stopped the FCC from taking over and regulating the Internet.........otherwise known as "Net Neutrality".  And worth mentioning, it is another nail in Bill Nelson's coffin.  He voted against the bill as well which means he favored the takeover of the Internet by the Obama regime.

This judge should be disbarred and removed from his position.  He has simply judgement calls based on personal opinion with no attention to the law at all.  Where does one write to complain about something like this???  If we do not find away to remove judges like this, and this is allowed to stand, we really will no longer be a country of laws and civilized behavior..........no one should be allowed to bully there way into having it their way or threaten their way into it…

Let's see if these folks also garner the support of the president?  What I find most interesting is that the president is due in San Diego and will be greeted by this protest and a plane with a banner.

I think you will find this very interesting and also alarming that the Afghans do not honor the Geneva Convention and actually shoot at our helicopters that bear the red cross and are not armed.............it is such a problem that many of the helicopters moving the injured do not have the red cross and come in shooting and are heavily armed so they can safe guard the wounded they are removing from the field.  But I am straying, this is about not being truthful about the length…

An interesting subject given the condition of many of our Jacksonville schools.  New teachers might not be the problem as many "new" teachers have been privy to the latest and the best methods of teaching.  They overall tend to be young and have a wonderful attitude and want to change the world and put their mark on their students.  And I do hesitate to blame this soley on poor teacher choices.  You can have a dynamite teacher but if they can't get the parents engaged or change…
