RESPECT - We got a little bit, Baby!
Last night CNN hosted the first ever Tea Party debate with Tea Party Express and more than 150 tea party groups across the country.
It was a historic night and the Tea Party Movement was given the respect it deserves. The staff at CNN did an excellent job! The people behind the scenes who help those in front of the screens were professional, supportive and patriotic. Those in front of the screen were too and willingly gave the tea party the microphone for the day.
Tea Party Express has spent nearly a year working with CNN on this debate. The Florida Tea Party Group leaders helped fill the seats with Florida Tea Party Members. Tea Party Express never took center stage and instead gave the applause to individual tea party groups nationwide. Tea Party Express has proven their heart to the tea party groups and earned our respect for their hard work.
The candidates made sure they shook hands with attendees afterwards in the debate hall and at the After Debate Party. From the conversations at the party, it appears there was no clear front runner but two were crossed off the list. Huntsman came across as an elite politician and Ron Paul went over the top with blaming America for the 9/11 tragedy. There will still be the strong Ron Paul supporters who will argue that point – but the tea party members have had enough with Mr. Paul.
Rick Perry took a beating for some of his policies and admitted he made some mistakes along the way. Mitt still will not admit he was wrong about Romneycare. The tea party is strong on wanting that apology but it seems we will not get it. Santorum had a great moment when he called out Ron Paul on his 9/11 stance. Cain plays the “Godfather” role well and the audience loves his answers. Newt's one ling zingers are always fun. Michelle knew more about Obamacare than anyone else on the stage and is adamant about repealing it in 2012. The tea party stands with her on that issue.
We will be packing up and heading home today. My feet hurt and we are exhausted. But the good outweighs the bad. We are proud of last night. We hope America and those who called us names we did not deserve, saw who “we the tea” really are. We are America and we are proud to be a part of this movement. We will continue to stay together and work together to unseat President Obama and many of his far left friends in Congress. It is our time now and we will not rest until America is returned to her Constitutional footing once again.
Thank you CNN, Tea Party Express, all the candidates and the tea party members from Florida and across the country. Respect was the word of the night and it felt good to feel that again. We will be singing this all the way home today and we hope you will join us in a chorus across America. Respect.

From Cindy: What would you say if they passed a law saying that we had to teach our children to have sex before marriage. You would hate it, as would I (and I would not obey that law either). That is the problem when you start to litigate actions when and were does it stop because it very well may stop on the wrong side of where you wanted it to. If you allow others to live in freedom and demand it of our government then you are ensured to always be able to live your life the way you and your family decide is best for you.
Answer: The Government would not be allowed to legislate such a command like that in in the world I describe. It is outside the scoop of their limited responsibilites. It affects Someone Else's Life or Property.

The Word says to go into the highways and byways and Preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ we are to compel them! That very statement shows what I'm saying the bible tells us to compel them it does not say to force them which is what you are advocating. Government is force laws are enforced by force if needed that is against the accord of love and against the very scripture you are giving.
No I teach my children the same things I'm saying here personal responsibility and letting other live in freedom for themselves. If my children saw someone do something that is 'offensive' to them I would tell them the same thing I am saying to you. That is my job as dad my job as dad is not to have government pass laws outlawing everything that might be offensive to my children. I can't tell my children the virtues of freedom while at the same time trying to get the government to pass laws that violate the very thing I'm telling them only because I don't like what they are doing.
My children are not allowed to listen to certain things or watch certain shows but I would never support laws dictating those things for all families. I agree we should be teaching our children better but teaching our children is totally different then forcing other peoples children to live by laws that go against their families values. I think we should teach our children the same thing that you are saying but again I also want to be free to do that.

You asked do I think if a person murders their baby should they go to jail and I will answer that if we make it illegal it lessesns the changes of them to choose that as an alternative. I think we need to teach and educate our sons and daughters more on the reality of sexual activity outside of marriage. As Parents to not allow our children to be put in situations where a parent can help prevent it from happening. No boys/girls in bedrooms, They watch T.V. they can be scene. Computers in a room that is open and at specific times where the parent can supervise. We need to as parents protect our children a little more by open communication and knowing the kids and families that your children are hanging with. Teach the beauty of Virginity to our sons and our daughters about celibacy and abstaining from sex. That how on a wedding night how special that it is. parents need to share the consequences of that and educate them without saying just don't do it but why and what ways of escape they can make to not be put in such a situation. I don't think that we should make Abortion Legal and I think that we should make Adoption the only other way out if families don't or can't take care of the child. I think that we have alternatives besides murder in the womb. Once we educate and truly saturate the homes, churches, schools,programs on TV In songs about abstaining from sex outside of Marriage and that the cool thing to do is to be a virgin on your wedding day. You will see less and less children getting pregnant and this won't be an epidemic as it is today. People who are cheating on their spouses will have to think twice before they decide to have the affair. Yes, it would defiantly puts a question mark in ones mind to break their vows, commitments or keep their u know what in their pants or their legs closed. Killing a baby is still Murder. In saying that and given many tools for these precious ones to understand truly what they are doing when they get an abortion, That they are killing a child a human being a person, then yes, there should be some type of consequence for those who do commit murder.
