RESPECT - We got a little bit, Baby!
Last night CNN hosted the first ever Tea Party debate with Tea Party Express and more than 150 tea party groups across the country.
It was a historic night and the Tea Party Movement was given the respect it deserves. The staff at CNN did an excellent job! The people behind the scenes who help those in front of the screens were professional, supportive and patriotic. Those in front of the screen were too and willingly gave the tea party the microphone for the day.
Tea Party Express has spent nearly a year working with CNN on this debate. The Florida Tea Party Group leaders helped fill the seats with Florida Tea Party Members. Tea Party Express never took center stage and instead gave the applause to individual tea party groups nationwide. Tea Party Express has proven their heart to the tea party groups and earned our respect for their hard work.
The candidates made sure they shook hands with attendees afterwards in the debate hall and at the After Debate Party. From the conversations at the party, it appears there was no clear front runner but two were crossed off the list. Huntsman came across as an elite politician and Ron Paul went over the top with blaming America for the 9/11 tragedy. There will still be the strong Ron Paul supporters who will argue that point – but the tea party members have had enough with Mr. Paul.
Rick Perry took a beating for some of his policies and admitted he made some mistakes along the way. Mitt still will not admit he was wrong about Romneycare. The tea party is strong on wanting that apology but it seems we will not get it. Santorum had a great moment when he called out Ron Paul on his 9/11 stance. Cain plays the “Godfather” role well and the audience loves his answers. Newt's one ling zingers are always fun. Michelle knew more about Obamacare than anyone else on the stage and is adamant about repealing it in 2012. The tea party stands with her on that issue.
We will be packing up and heading home today. My feet hurt and we are exhausted. But the good outweighs the bad. We are proud of last night. We hope America and those who called us names we did not deserve, saw who “we the tea” really are. We are America and we are proud to be a part of this movement. We will continue to stay together and work together to unseat President Obama and many of his far left friends in Congress. It is our time now and we will not rest until America is returned to her Constitutional footing once again.
Thank you CNN, Tea Party Express, all the candidates and the tea party members from Florida and across the country. Respect was the word of the night and it felt good to feel that again. We will be singing this all the way home today and we hope you will join us in a chorus across America. Respect.

Was there some sort of Tea Party Primary Vote/Poll that we missed? I have to tell you that many of us in our local Tea Party movement are very disappointed in the misguided blog proclamation that we (The Tea Party) have had enough of Ron Paul. Quite the contrary. He is the only 100% Constitutionalist Driven Leader that was on stage. A principled man that has stood by those convictions from day 1 in office and over the past 30 years. Check his spotless Constitutional voting record. He has never been bought and paid for by the Globalist Corporations, Military Industrial Complex and/or the Banking Cartel. We all need to face the Facts. We cannot fix the many corrupt and over reaching government spending initiatives without a major attitude / positional change about what our country’s roles should be regarding being the World’s Policemen, so called Nation-building, Corporate Welfare and the Social Welfare state. I’m confident the Fathers of our Constitution and Bill of Rights would definitely agree with Ron Paul.

Ron Paul had a very short time to explain the planted controversial question at the debate. His explanation was based on honesty and the facts. Life should be protected and held precious no matter what race or religion. We do need to pursue the individual perpetrators of evil / crime to the full extent and let justice prevail. Rick Santorum apparently has never met a war he didn’t like and he is simply wrong to demonize a whole religion & or country for the terrible acts of a few. Our Tea Party head should not shut-down the debate or a candidacy. The Politicians will do that for themselves. The Tea Party Blog should serve as a way to convey thoughtful and meaningful information between members. It is very apparent that the Main-Line Media is afraid of Ron Paul. They know that he is the Real Deal and the Best Opportunity to Beat Obama in 2012. On this Constitution Day, let us all measure the Presidential candidates by how well they adhere to the principles of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Obama’s ‘Jobs Bill’ Makes ACORN Eligible for $15 Billion in Taxpayer Money

ACORN and other radical left-wing groups would be eligible for up to $15 billion in federal funding if President Obama’s new economic stimulus package becomes law.
Section 261 of the bill provides $15 billion for “Project Rebuild.” Grants would be given to “qualified nonprofit organizations, businesses or consortia of eligible entities for the redevelopment of abandoned and foreclosed-upon properties and for the stabilization of affected neighborhoods.” Radical groups like ACORN won’t get the whole $15 billion, though, because they will have to compete with state and local governments for the money.
In March of this year, Obama’s Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) gave a $79,819 grant to the Miami branch of the massive conglomerate known as ACORN Housing Corp. (AHC). AHC filed papers in 2010 legally changing its name to Affordable Housing Centers of America (AHCOA). The nonprofit corporation owed $162,813 in back taxes to the IRS, states, and cities as of this past July.
Despite the new name, AHCOA is the same old corrupt organization. It even uses AHC’s federal Employer Identification Number (72-1048321). AHCOA operates out of the same office address (209 W. Jackson Blvd., 3rd Floor, Chicago, IL 60606) and uses the same telephone number (312-939-161

Steve you did not offend me and I am glad that you felt free to share what you feel. Remember also that the Kingdom of God lives in us. His word is our Constitution. Jesus our government. We live in this world but we are NOT of this world. If you too are a born again believer than you know your statement isn't from God's heart. If you have had this happen to a loved one. God forgives. We must really teach our children boys and girls about sex and the place in which God has ordained it and that is in Marriage between and Man and A woman. That is why it is important for them to save themselves for marriage. If temptation comes then they must flee like Joseph. No one said it was easy but it can and has been done. Blessings. Steve we are talking about (abortion) murder, not about If they don't want to receive the gospel. We are talking about innocent blood being shed and how God feels about it. Unborn babies being sacrificed.
Remember whose Character is to Steal Kill and Destroy ? We can't start to chop out the Scriptures that we don't like or make excuses for situations.
What do you do with this scripture God knew you in your mothers womb even before you formed? Psalms 139: 14- 17
It is not just a moral issue! It is Murder. God forgives the ones who have asked him to forgive them and repented. Many have made that decision but that is what Jesus Died for on the cross and shed his blood. Why don't you ask some women who have had an abortion and see if they ever think about what their child might look like, or remember the age their child might be today. If they have depression? You see my friend the wages of sin is death but thank God that his forgiveness is there for those who ask. I know that it is a hard situation but we can't water down the word. There is adoption and many women would love to adopt. We have killed generations and that is why We will be taken over from the inside out. Look at other cultures. They don't kill their babies. Just think about that for a moment. God Bless

Yes I agree with almost everything you said. The Old Testament is there more so we know were we came from and what we went thru as God's people because when Jesus came and when he finally died on the cross he made a new and everlasting covenant which ended the old covenant which was essentially the Old Testament. It was actually the law that was given to the Jews thru Moses which is what most of the Old Testament was. That is why the idea of tithing being 10% is not supposed to apply to modern day Christians we are supposed to give freely with a loving spirit not a set amount. I can back that up with scripture too if you would like me too.
We are also to live in freedom with one another which does not mean dictating what others do, including abortion. I don't believe in abortion on a moral level but that does not mean I think we as Christians should force our beliefs on others. When Jesus sent the apostles out into the world he gave them instructions to go to a village and spread his word and if they were not receiving of it the apostles were to go outside the gates, brush their sandles off and keep moving. This is a prime example if they do not want to listen to the Word of God we are not to force it on them. Doing something out of compulsion is not in accord with love which is how we are too live.
I understand you probably do not agree with me I have had to leave my church because of my views but like I said I can back up what I'm saying with scripture. Please don't take offense to anything I'm saying I'm not trying to change your mind or question your beliefs if you would like to have a conversation about it I'm more than happy to but if I've offended you please let me know and I will stop the conversation.

We are the church his people , It was and never is the building. We are the temple of the Holy Ghost. We his People make up Americans that are to be the salt of the earth and allow his light to Shine through us . We are accountable and God himself established his command. Love the Lord thy God with All thy heart soul and might and Love your neighbor as yourself. The problem is that People aren't loving God and have made other idols (little "g" gods) before him...Money, Self, etc. Henceforth there isn't a lot of loving your neighbor as oneself because there isn't a true love of oneself and so this is how they are loving others selfishly, untrustingly etc and an attitude of what is in it for them. If my People will humble themselves 2 Chronicles. 7:14. We must go back to the foundational truths. Do Unto Others as you would have them do unto you. Starts from the Top down. Some people are reaping the way they treated others and did to others. We must all check ourselves and the motives of our heart. That is what God truly is looking at the Motives of Man kinds heart! As A Believer I MUST not stand against the word of God. The word is clear on these issues. Shedding innocent blood (abortion) God Abhor that which is evil cling to what is good. Romans 12: 9
We are to hate what God hates and Love what God loves. If God established in the Old Testament commandments for the people to know what is sin and then gives us two in the New Testament because if we keep the first and second we wouldn't go against any of the ten commandments. So you see if God our creator put boundaries then we as a nation, Country have those boundaries set forth also. For God Created the world! He knew mankind. Yes, we must allow the Holy Spirit to govern us as well . We need to check with the Living Word, The Bible to see if we are living according to his word. Self Governing in that manner. God gave us free will. He wants us to chose him and his ways freely. Read Romans and you will see how God feels/sees things. Blessings

America is a country which is an inanimate object it is Americans that need to turn back to God and we do not need any type of legislation to do that we need to keep Him and his son Jesus in our hearts and minds. The people have turned away from God which has allowed politicians to pass laws sponsored by special interest groups that take God out of public places but those laws should in no way effect how you as a true believer love and worship. God does not love a country just like He doesn't love the building called a church He loves His people we try to make our relationship with God more complex than it should be. Just love and adore him.

Maybe if we say it in a different way they will and can hear us? Just a thought.

It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening!
