If you only had two days to live

Would you clean your house and stuff you would give?

If you only had two days to breathe

Would you write loved ones notes to read?

If you only had two days to love

Would you forgive hurts with a hug?

If you only had two days to express

Would you fly your flag and America bless?

If you only had two days to share

Would you let everyone know how much you care?

If you only had two days to smile

Would you help others and go the extra mile?

If you only had two days to call

Would you leave a message, “I love you all?”

If you only had two days to sing

Would you choose "Let freedom ring"?

If you only had two days to change

Would you help eliminate someone’s pain?

If you only had two days to believe

Would you look to heaven, asking “forgiveness, please

If you only had two days to prepare

Would you pray to God, your life to spare?

We are two days away from the 10^th anniversary of 9/11.  Two days later, 3,000 American citizens would be murdered.  They did not have time to prepare and did not know they only had two days left of life. 

In honor of those who lost their lives on that beautiful blue sky morning, take a moment and write a note to a loved one or someone you admire; give someone a hug that needs one; eliminate someone’s pain; give away something you don’t need; fly the American flag; or ask God to protect us from evil and restore America again.

If you only had to days in this place – would you sing Amazing Grace?
