A Sincere Apology is in order
Out here in America, we are watching the worst of the worst in our Nation’s capitol. The debate between “both sides of the aisle” took a dive as our children watched adults scream, yell, throw fits and call the others names. It was not just embarrassing; it was heartbreaking to realize thuggish teenagers were in charge of the greatest nation in the world.
Joe Biden, the media and all the other talking heads in DC have once again used bullying tactics instead of professional debating techniques in their negotiations. Calling someone names is a sign of weakness and you think they would know that. But again we think they should know a lot of things such as the rule of law and other simple things like that and they don’t.
We’ve been called ignorant, racists, hobbits and the most recent one – terrorists. Their name calling would be considered bullying outside the bubble of DC. (Fyi… – the American people are outside the DC bubble and when you speak words of hate, you send them to us wrapped up in hopelessness and frustration.) The irony of all this is those who called Tea Party Members “terrorists” are the same ones who write speeches, pass legislation and create programs for anti-bullying campaigns. For instance, did you know:

- Congress passes hate crime legislation to ensure we all get along and are respectful of each other’s differences. Bills are needed for that, you know.

- President Obama and First Lady Michelle held a symposium on bullying where Obama said “As a nation, we're founded on the belief that all of us are equal and each of us deserves the freedom to pursue our own version of happiness."
- And even the media got behind the cause by hosting special events such as CNN’s “Stop Bullying: Speak Up.”
- And…Vice President Joe Biden said these words “the bullies are the inferior ones” in a non-bullying video posted at queerty.com.
In all their speeches, seminars and videos, they tell those who are being bullied to Stand Up and Tell Someone. So here we are.
The Tea Party Members in DC and out here in America are standing up and telling you that calling us names such as racists, hobbits and terrorists must stop and it must stop now. Name calling is bullying and in the words of Vice President Biden, “you are the inferior ones” for using these tactics.
If Joe called me today, I would ask him this question: Would you call your mother a terrorist? Do you know how many mothers and grandmothers are involved in the Tea Party Movement of America? From our research, we believe at least a million. Most of them are white-haired, sweet women who knit, cook for their families and bake pies for sick friends. They worked hard all their lives. They took care of their families without asking you to do anything for them. They sacrificed sons to fight your wars. They set up organizations to help the military, the homeless and battered women. They drove neighborhood children to soccer practice and they broke up fights between friends on the school yard. They saved for their retirement and trusted the government to give back their Social Security benefits taken out of their paychecks all those years. When they saw our country in financial ruin, they stood up to their government and said “Enough of that, boys. We have to clean up this mess.”
Calling Grandma a terrorist is about as low as one can go, Joe. If we lived in times when men were men, you would be taken to the woodshed for this behavior and then made to apologize. The media would be standing in line to get their punishment too for inciting hate instead of reporting news as a real journalist would do. The media would issue an apology and the one who called Grandma a terrorist would be suspended.
The Tea Party is comprised of great American patriots who are deeply concerned about the welfare of our country and have a right to speak up about their concerns. Just because you don’t like what they have to say doesn’t mean you resort to name-calling.
As Obama said, “As a nation, we're founded on the belief that all of us are equal and each of us deserves the freedom to pursue our own version of happiness." The Tea Party is pursuing a long held standard of American “entitlements” which are: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Too bad you are uncomfortable with these entitlements – they are ours and we plan to protect them. Got that?

Here’s a thought: How about being a better role model for the future generation.
Why?
First, it’s the right thing to do.
Second, real men apologize.
A sincere apology is in order. The Tea Party Grandmas in America deserve nothing less. We await your call.

Donna, neither do I, but they are out there. I blog on Huffington which is an absolute enclave for brain dead progressive (and totally clueless) liberals. I know I won't change many of their minds, but I try!
I agree on M Bachmann. She was on Fox last night explaining her stance, but I also listened carefully to what Allen West said and think what he said made great sense as well. We need to put more people up there that stand with these folks for them to really be effective!

EH _ Michelle Backmann has done the hard work, has the experience in the public and private sector, has remained true to her convictions, is eminently qualified and her "NO"on the debt debacle throughout has locked her as the nominee unless there is something I have yet to find. Her decision, and it will be her first "public executive" decision will be choosing a running mate. Cain, West, Santorum, and possibly Romney would all add to the ticket. This latest fraud ponsi debate will only
make the tea party grow as the economy goes in the toilet.
Fathiyyah - I am proud of your position and sound judgement in identifying your values beyond skin color which we hope all American's can do. You are a friend and loved by all of us. Best of luck on your book. Try" i universe" to self publish if that is your intent. Look forward to reading it.

As a Black Tea Party supporter, A Grand Ma, A Conservative to the right of RUSH. I am not surprise at biden,s remarks. That is the way of the (egg sucking dogs liberals) name calling, when they have no other defense. Billy Tucker is my HERO, I second her emotions. I am writing a book (The Other FACE of the TEA PARTY) from a Black perspective. We are Great AMERICANS expressing our love of AMERICA, by standing up for FREEDOM. You all understand that politicians of every party will continue to do this until all Americans stand and say "enough!" We are allowing them to do it (look down their noses at us.) People take the path of least resistance. Evidently, this is it. Further more, if you think it is bad now, just wait. It is obviouse that this "Debt Ceiling" debate is a set up. Obama wants enough money to fund us until this time next year. Just in time to get Republicans and Tea Party members at each other's throats. The Democrats will then force Republicans to choose sides by demonizing us, because they know that the Republicans cannot win with out us. They really are geniuses (evil ones, but still geniuses.) They are counting on the Republicans to implode. Here's how the sinerio works out:
Republican Pres. candidate Stands with the Tea Party: Democrats demonize him, "moderate" Republicans keep their distance while the media flogs them as demons. We lose but keep our principles and look less powerful because we killed our chance to take over the White House.
Republican candidate keeps their distance from the Tea Party: The candidate cannot rally their base, and lose the election (i.e., John McCain.) The media then scrutenizes the Tea Party for being too rigid and we lose the White House.
Strategy is sorely needed. We also need Tea Party Candidates to ACT like it.

Impeach Joe Biden and Obama. They can't run the country. They sided with the illegals who brought tons of drugs in the United States, sued Arizona in protecting our borders. Fine or jail time to those who do not purchase the mandated Obama Health care, 500 billion dollars cut on Medicare, appointed 15 individuals advisory board. (IPAB) who decide and control payment of your health care. 1.5 trillion dollars deficit, 14.6 trillion dollars debt. Today Joe Biden call the TEA PARTY terrorist?

Come to think of it, Jim and Jon, you are both correct. Let them implode on their own, while we keep our dignity and principles. In time, the truth always finds it's way to the surface. Put our faith in God, and feet to our prayers.

After some thought suing Biden might cause such embarassment that they would remove him from the ticket and replace him with someone less of a "JACK ASS"/ "Donkey" which would work against us in 2012. Better to just add it to the list of stupid things said by stupid people who happen to be a heartbeat away from the Presidency. Clearly in this respect Joe Biden is without peer although Al ( Who talks to everyone like they are in third grade - because he's so proud he finally go to fourth grade) Gore had been the leader before Biden.

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
