The left is out in force with the stupid statement that we are suppressing voters by asking them to show ID. This is outrageous which is not surprising because the left is always outrageous. Read about it here:

In good faith, we are putting together a list of places you have to show your ID. Would you please reply in the comments section of this blog and we will gather them together for a special video that will be sent virally.
Here's the first one sent in by Bartley -- "I have to show my license just to buy sudafed for my allergies. But not for voting! Hot dang! That makes total sense!"

To check-in at a Marriott hotel with an Internet reservation.
To pick up movie, theater, or theme park tickets bought on line.
To buy store gift cards with a credit card.

Showing ID is an automatic reflex ...spent 12 years in 27 countries....working....talk about showing ID. Our ID was on or near us 24 hrs a day. Not showing ID to vote is ludicrous. It is blatantly obvious this is a ploy for foreigners to be able to vote.

To visit my husband at work, the receptionist will keep my id until I return the visitor's pass! No ID, no visiting allowed.

you have to show id to work at our ports or airfields or schools and that's after you go through the background checks also when you want to buy decongestants at the drug store, and you need a lot of id if you want to buy a gun

I have to show ID to pick up my prescriptions or sign for registered mail. I have nothing to hide so I don't mind showing my ID....anywhere....it's proof that I'm still around!

ID is required to buy alcohol and tobacco, to buy airline tickets, to get a state ID or drivers license, to
open a bank acc't, visit the emergency room, any time law enfocement requests it.

You have to show ID to buy alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, or to cash a check in a store.
