To Ron- Herman Cain did not use the word "ignorant", I checked that at the time, because I think people ought to be careful with words.  I would rather see a candidate clarify his or her own policy  than vilify the other's position. This is what Ron Paul was probably referring to that Mr Cain said:

"...but people who say, "Well, we ought to audit the Federal Reserve because we don't know enough about it," well, here's the advice I've given to people who are worried about an audit of the Federal Reserve. "CALL 'EM UP, and ask 'em, if you can stop by and have one of their PR people, or of their Public Relations people, explain to you, how the Federal Reserve operates!" I think a lot of people are calling for this audit of the Federal Reserve because they don't know enough about it. There's no hidden secrets going on in the Federal Reserve, to my knowledge, and I tell people, we've got twelve Federal Reserve banks, find out which district you're in, call 'em up and go from there! We don't need to waste money with another commission, or an audit that's not necessary, because, folks, we got a lot of other problems we need to worry about. You're listening to the Neil Boortz Show, and this-is-Herman Cain."

Your point about sanctions is noted but it is not that we are trying to directly punish the government but instead to have pressure put upon the government by those citizens that are most affected.  There are two distinct groups within the country.  The Islamists (Arabs) and the Persians.  Although the Persians are the dominant, the Islamists have the guns.   The Greens are virtually the Persians and they almost got rid of the rulers but Obama was not for them.  The bottom line is I look forward to talking to you about this.

 

I do however take great offense to labeling our involvement in other countries as an occupation.  Every country we have fought and defeated has been turned back to them.  Outside of that, we are only in outer countries because the government and most often its people want us there because of what we bring to their economies.  When the government asks us to leave, we go.  I again know because as an Army Brat, we were living in France when Degaulle asked us to leave.  Occupiers don't leave until they are driven out.

 

History is very important to me because I have lived so much of it in addition to what my family has gone through as well.  Before I make any decision, I look to history past and then weight that according to what history could bring, combined with prayer and that is my guiding light.

 

One of the reasons I like Cain is my application of history.  One of the most needed things we need is to finally get the race baiters discredited and in some regard to get everyone to realize we are all in the same boat.  Being that this election will be one of the nastiest ever, the issue of race will be fomented like no other time in our history.  This is what scares the hell out of the left is if Cain is our nominee, the left cannot with any credibility at all pull any kind of race card against him, the party maybe but nto him.  That will be apparent to those who choose to see it and if Cain were to be the 45th President, he would have the bully pulpit to hasten its demise as a wedge issue for our country.

Maybe this why his wife isn't out campaigning with him. Where is Mrs. Cain?

Chris Rock once said, " A man is as loyal as his options."

Two of these incidents are alleged, the other two have received payments in excess of 35,000 dollars and separated from the National Restaurant Association. Those aren't allegations, that is what happened. Mr. Cain also stepped down early from his position with this lobby group.

But largely due to the fact that Mr. Cain was a high powered DC lobbyist, I think these allegations are totally within the realm. These lobbyists have totally destroyed the way Washington works.

The best proof of Cain's misdeeds is if he really did upgrade her room to a suite, without her knowledge or approval, as she contends.  A man who's setting a snare would do that.  The hotel records will show, who upgraded the room (she contends that Cain did) and how much she ended up paying for the room.

Mr. Ogletree,

In regards to his knowledge of what a neocon is and and China's nuclear status and 9-9-9 and whether abortion should be legal or illegal, those all came right from Mr. Cain's mouth in various interviews over the last several weeks. The fact that he has no campaign staff in the various primary states, is well known.

That Mark Block was not allowed to operate any political campaigns in his home state is part of the record.

Herman Cain isn't serious.

Steve, Have you ever heard the expression, "If you want to know what someone will be like in the future, look to their past"?  A man who cheats on his wife, is a man with no integrity.  If you can betray your spouse, you can betray your country.  It's not "sad" to judge people on their past, it's wise!

I say this with the caveat that nothing is proven yet about Cain's past.

my typo. Ron Paul is NOT in the congresses retirement or health plan because it is not available to we the people.
