I am taking comments as to 1) do you believe this will hurt him; 2) do you believe the accusations and 3) what do you think about Gloria Allred jumping into this?

Would love to hear your comments. I'll give you mine after I hear from you. Here's the scoop: ttp://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2011/11/new-woman-alleging-sexually-...

Sunny told me that Herman sexually harassed her too.  Here is her news conference.

I didn't drag them into this, the media did...So you can save your speech for them.

Tracy, If it were me, and I was one of those women, I would not come forward. It is asking to be abused for something that happened a long time ago and was settled. They got a year's salary and got a chance to go on with their lives. They did not bring this issue up, others did, people who were aware of the settlement. So now these women, are being already subjected to innuendo and rumor, have for their trouble, this is their lives. They have both complied with the terms of the nondisclosure that was signed into their settlement. They aren't powerful or rich. They are just someone's daughter, or sister or maybe now, mother. They were doing their job, and somehow it became more tahn that.

A man in a postion of power abusing that power isn't unheard of. Heck these occurred around the same time Clinton and Gingrich were doing the same thing, to varying degrees.

Ron, I am not partisan that I let it cloud my judgement.

Mr. Cain was giving an interview on the television machine. He made a statement that was very clear and concise. There really wasn't much there to judge, a very straightforward statement. His statement on neocons, again this time he said bluntly, he didn't know what a neocon was. His tax plan though, it would raise the taxes of those making between 60-75k a year about 7,000 a year.

Now you may be in a tax bracket way above that in which you would see your taxes go down, good for you and by all means support Mr. Cain. But not me I am voting my wallet, not yours.

Amanda who said this was going to court and who said I was waiting? I said that I wanted to find out about all players involved. Not sure where you read all that other junk into my statement or why you would even be concerned about people finding out about the other players in this.

Steve, you are right.  Feelings can't be quantified.  I had a professor that said one time that if someone calls in sick and says, I have a horrid headache and am nauseous.  Although someone might try to refute it, they can't.  They are not inside that other person and can never know what they felt or didn't feel.  They can only use their personal opinion or perceptions of what might or might not have taken place or what the person might or might not have been feeling.  BUT, they can never state with absolute certainty, because they simply can never know or be inside the person and feel what they were feeling.  This, I think, is the same thing.  They might have felt it was sexual harrassment, but it was not on any level what anyone else might have considered harrassment of any kind.  The fact they were being ajudged for under performance, gave them a reason to look for a scapegoat to lay the blame on, and in walks Herman Cain.  Maybe he said hello (as he says he always does) and maybe said a couple of things to these folks, and because they were looking for something to blame for the mess they had created for themselves already, he was easy prey.  He was their way of getting a big payday and not going down in flames with the whole thing laid on their own shoulders (where it should have been).

Amanda I agree with you, as much as I want Obama out, I would find it hard to vote for Cain. We live in dangerous times and he admittedly knows little of foreign policy. He says he would ask someone if he didn't know. That scares me.

Well I was in high school then so I can't say I know what you are talking about when it comes to the workplace during that time.  I said earlier that I think that the first two women think that Herman harmed them in some way and if they were fired there you go.  Do I think it is fair no but fair is a matter of perception.  Other people might perceive it to be fair it doesn't change that it happened and all we can do is go from there.  Again the bottom line is he had these things in his past and as a presidential candidate it should come out.  Let people make the judgement on what to do with the information.  Politicians spend so much time trying to hide things if they just came out and were honest people would have a whole different perception of them.  If he had come out and said he had these things in his past peoples perception of him would be different.  It still would not change the facts of the case, whatever they might be, it would just change how people saw him.

 Amanda,

Oh, so now you are the arbiter of what he meant?  How perceptive of you.  Please do me a favor and don't run around telling people what I meant.

Steve,

They were uncomfortable because they were both fired for non performance and just like everything else in this society today, it is always somebody else's fault.  It wasn't their fault so a boogie man was created in their minds during the time this kind of stuff went rampant and lots of good people were wrongfully slandered.  Try it, you'll like it.

Well I personally think anyone that screams sexual harassment because something someone did made them uncomfortable, which is what was alleged in the allegations, is a sorry excuse for a person and damages all legitimate claims of sexual harassment.  That is like the people that scream racism about things all the time it damages the integrity of all legitimate claims of racism that someone makes.  It is like a collectivist version of the boy who cried wolf.

I don't think hurt feelings should be a legitimate cause of lawsuits.  Feelings can't be quantified and everyone's feelings about things are different even when it comes to the same topic.  Take death as an example everyone feels differently about death so how can you quantify how much someone was hurt due to a death.  Lawsuits should be based on facts and feelings aren't facts. I know that makes me heartless to most but take emotions out of the equation and think logically and what I said is true.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
