CALL THE SENATORS WHO VOTED NAY YESTERDAY: USE YOUR POWER

Why? These Senators voted yesterday to give control over your life and well being to EPA regulators instead of laws being made by our elected legislators – that’s why! Our Founding Fathers created a system of government that would keep elite rulers from managing our individual lives. Yesterday these Senators erased all the work they did and changed America forever. This is a big deal.

Here’s a plan for holding them accountable and using the power you have. It’s time to put the pressure on them and let them know…just because they voted does not mean we stop calling. Pick up your phone and call them at (202) 224-3121. Let them know:

· You are ashamed of their reckless vote and they are a disgrace to our country and to the system our Founding Fathers put in place

· Even if they do not represent you, you will do all you can to unseat them in the next election

· Ask them to resign in shame for throwing away the Constitution – which they pledged to do when they were sworn in

Here are some ways to use the power you have:

· Put on your calendar to call them once a week and ask if they have resigned yet

· Research those who are running against them and if you find one who meets the description of a Constitutional candidate – send them a check for their campaign

· Contact your local utility and ask them how this will affect your electric bill. You will not like what you hear. We have been informed that most utility bills will be doubling or tripling in the years to come as the EPA regulates “greenhouse gases.” Can we afford this? Heck no!!

· Tell everyone you know about this vote and educate them on how this will affect them.

· Come by our office and pick up printed information about the tea party movement. Keep this information in your car and home and pass it out to others encouraging them to get involved.

If you have any other ideas, please post them and share them with others. It’s time to “put the boot on the necks of those at fault.” Have you heard those words before?

We are supposed to be governed by laws that conform to the Constitution and reflect the values established by the Constitution. Instead these elected representatives go out of their way to circumvent the Constitution.

If it were not for your organization I would not have known is this had passed or not! NO one, NO ONE has made a big deal on this passage, nor leading up to its passage like we heard about Obamacare. Are we getting complacent? I hope not. We should be more fired up then ever! I typically listen to the FOX NEWS but had to go to Mark Levins' program of 6/10/10 to find out further details. However this isn't a pitch for the book so much as an explanation of the concept that goes a long ways towards explaining how yesterdays travisty in the Senate and the even larger travisty of Obama's flawed presidency has come about and the methods the Progressives have been using against the national will for over the past 100 years to implament their agenda. I think you will find it informative.

Go to Science and Public Policy (http://scienceandpublicpolicy.org/) and Dr. Tim Ball (http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/members/1/Ball/) for some of the best REAL science with climate change.
The best thing we can do, also, is see where these senators and reps have their money invested. I think it quite possible they can be sued for conflict of interest and then tried for treason, if they stand to fill their pockets from this legislation, as Al Gore does.
If we can figure out how to hold representatives civilly liable and criminally liable for their actions against the interests of their constituents, we can change our representative government, for the better, forever.
