FCTP participates in the Veterans Day Parade COME JOIN US!

Join us as we honor and say "THANK YOU" to our TRUE AMERICAN HEROES.

This will be the 5th year that the FCTP has participated in the Jacksonville Veterans Day Parade - this is one event that we would never want to miss and neither will you.

CALLING ALL VETERANS AND FAMILIES

If you would like to help decorate the float aka WHARF then join us on the east side of Everbank field at 9:30am. All hands are welcome and we really really do need your help.

If you are a veteran and would like to ride on the float aka WHARF the join us on the east side of Everbank.

If you are a veteran lover or just a parade lover and would like to walk (if needed ride) the parade route then join us at Everbank as well.

We usually park in the area around the Prime Osborn and take the trolley to Everbank Field.. Trolley's will be available at the end of the parade to return you to the Prime Osborn  area.

If you wish to help decorating the float then please join us.. Even this part of the event is fun. There is a lot of teamwork and laughter as we work together. Not to mention the chatter and new friends made with other great patriots as they prepare their floats for the grand trip to honor our veterans.

This is a very very special event and I guarantee you will have a heartwarming day. There is no greater joy than being able to shake the hand of our veterans or giving them a thumbs up from atop the float.  .FCTP Honor Guards lead the way.Bring your children or grandchildren and let them experience the fun of the Veterans Day Parade.. They can walk or ride the float.. This is a wonderful learning opportunity for our young.

At the end of the parade we will join together at the Veterans Memorial Wall where again this year we will give our thanks to those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in the name of freedom as we set a beautiful wreath at the wall in their honor.

In loving memory and with honor and pride, members of the  FCTP sets this wreath of remembrance of a grateful nation.

What a wonderful array of memories of the FCTP saluting veterans in the City's annual Veterans Day Parade.  It is an honor and a privilege to support this event and greet the many men and women that have and our serving our great nation.
