Ladies and Gentlemen:  We are presently in Washington, DC for a Values Voter Summit.  Values Voters Summit is made up of Conservative organizations who come together to learn from each other.

During our stay we have been with many who went to the Occupy DC "March" just to see what was going on.   To see it first hand is to watch an organized group of communists, thugs and mis-guided people shout about things they do not even understand.  It has been revealed this am that Van Jones PAID for hispanics to carry signs which they could not read or understand.

Nancy Pelosi said the Tea Party Movement was astroturf and today we call her out about that statement.  This Occupy Protest IS Astroturf and manufactured by the left to ensure Obama gets re-elected.   The people who are showing up are violent and have damaged property and hurt other people.  This is escalating and although we laugh at these people because they can't even say why they are there  -- we urge our members to be careful and stay away from these "so called protests."

We have watched our blogs and one or two in this tea party are stating they will go to these protests and stand with these Communists.  Let it be known that should you do that - you do not represent the tea party movement.  You are there as individuals and you have no authority to speak on behalf of the First Coast Tea Party.  We also question if you are a true tea party believer or if you are in here solely as a mole for your own personal beliefs.

In no way would tea party members stand with Communists - they are the complete opposite of who we are.

Go to their website at www.occupywallstreet.org and you can see the names of the organizations behind this uprising.  Do we stand with these people or these organizations?

God bless you and stay safe.

Liberty, or Equality? For me, the proper role of government is to ensure liberty, and ironically, that was the view held by our founders. What some CEO of a global corporate entity pulls in may be obscenely extravagant, or even downright larcenous, but it's none of my damn business unless I own stock in them. If I'm employed by that company, and feel I'm getting the soiled end of the stick, I'll quit, a union of one. I'll personally avoid purchasing their goods or services. If a law is broken, prosecute to the fullest extent, but I despise those who stoke the flames of covetousness and envy. For governments to ensure liberty, they get out of the way, for governments to ensure equality, they must act. Government is force. The larger it is, the easier to corrupt it's bureaucrats. We are equal only in one very important way, in the eyes of God. In early days of our Republic, we were all equal under the law. Perhaps soon we can be that way again, one way, or another.  And by the way, most net connected liberty minded folks had e-mails about this "grassroots" marxist camp out a couple of months ago.

Amanda, I don't need to be paid to support something I believe in, but hese folks do need to be paid for supporting something they don't!  You don't even know me or anything about me except what you see posted here.  Most of these other folks know me personally because we go to the same events.  You wouldn't make the statements you did to some of the folks on here if you had ever been to a tea party event ................enough said.  Get a life girl!

Thanks, JL. I'll give it a try next time.

No promises, though. All I have to work with right now is my smart phone.

Note to Doyle, when you are posting and your write your message, look up above and you will see:

LINK ; then a blue screen that when your run your arrow over it, it says image, that is for uploading a image; the the blue film like icon, is Media, you click on that and you can use the embed code you get off of youtube like the one you tried earlier is:

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/PYGq3jYNbpA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Which i got off of youtube under 'embed' i shortened it to:

<iframe width="420" height="243" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/PYGq3jYNbpA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

420x243 to make is smaller, you can see the area to do that there on youtube. It took me a while to learn all of this. Hope this helps.

Amanda:

You asked if anyone wanted to add anything about the Koch Brothers and the Bloomberg piece on illegal sales made by one of their corporation's subsidiaries to Iran.

I'm always suspicious of the media in general, but especially those that come across as so one-sided. So, I did a little digging.

On September 30 John Hindraker at the Powerline blog asked if Bloomberg was reporting accurately or conducting a liberal smear because of their Tea Party support.

http://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2011/09/bloomberg-legitimate-...

Then there's this from Reason magazine:

http://reason.com/blog/2011/10/03/the-latest-lid-ripper-in-kochs

And a direct rebuttal from Koch Industries itself laying out specifics that Bloomberg, somehow, failed to mention:

Sorry it took so long because it wasn't really hard to find. I was otherwise occupied, enjoying an absolutely wonderful rainy day with my grandson.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
