WE NEED YOUR INPUT IN THE NEXT 3 HOURS PLEASE

The phones are ringing off the hook for tea party interviews regarding the possible Government shutdown.  This is the biggest news in a long time and they want to hear from us.

We have our opinion and hope to hear yours.

What do you think about this potential shutdown?

I will be on WTLV from 5:30 - 6:00 on a panel discussing this matter.

I would love to share your thoughts with them.

Dick Morris is absolutely right!  And Meat Loaf would not "Lu... uh... uh... uh...uv" this budget.  Not unless he "luv's" Obama and his socialist agenda, which Boehner just handed the socialist Democrats on a silver platter.  House members should be calling for Boehner's head on this and they should join with Michelle Bachman and 27 other House Republicans in their new pledge to vote "no" in this throwing in of the towel in the fight for fiscal sanity, in order to continue to block Obama's and the Congressional Democrats' march to socialism.  I just posted information about Michelle Bachman and that pledge at http://www.fctpcommunity.org/profiles/blogs/obamas-attack-on-libya?...

And, thanks Christy, for the access information to Blog Talk Radio! I'll be sure to go there and see what they're all about.

IT'S NO DEAL, IT'S A SELLOUT

By DICK MORRIS & EILEEN MCGANN

Published on DickMorris.com on April 9, 2011

Printer-Friendly Version

John Boehner has just given away the Republican victory of 2010 at the bargaining table.  Like the proverbial Uncle Sam who always wins the war but loses the peace, he has unilaterally disarmed the Republican Party by showing that he will not shut down the government and will, instead, willingly give way on even the most modest of cuts in order to avoid it.  He now has no arrows left in his quiver.

Having failed to stand firm for just $61 billion in cuts in a budget of $3.7 trillion, how can we expect him to stand firm over the debt limit extension or the 2012 budget?  We can't.  The excellent budget proposals of Paul Ryan are no more than a pipe dream now.  Boehner has He sold us out now and he'll sell us out again.

It is the duty of every Republican Congressman to vote no on this terrible deal.  It violates our campaign promises to the American people.  We promised $100 billion of cuts and we delivered $38 billion ($62 billion on a twelve month basis).  In the Republican House's first real test out of the box it has broken the promise over which it was elected.  Only in Meat Loaf's music is "two out of three not bad."

This concession makes it clear that:

*  Obamacare will not be defunded.
*  The EPA will not be blocked from regulating carbon.
*  The NLRB will not be stopped from forcing an end to secret ballots in union contests.
*  Medicaid will not be block granted and turned over to the states.
*  Welfare spending will not be cut nor work requirements imposed.
*  The FCC will not be stopped from regulating talk radio.

In short, we have accomplished nothing by our hard work in 2010.

Except we have learned a lesson.

And the lesson is this:  We need to purify our party and purge it of the likes of John Boehner and all those Congressmen who vote for the budget sellout.  The Tea Party must take the lead in this purifying fire.  We must not let the RINOs win!

Well stated J.R. and Christy.  I hope we get a full report from any source on who was at the Soros event. We need to bring those facts to the light.

Note to Joe Antonucci, shouldn't it be called a "Out of TOUCH with RealiTy Show"?

Andrew, no other news media outlet reported but Fox did Thursday:

http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2011/04/06/george-soros-events-weeke...

Nancy Pelosi is the headliner and Bernie Sanders a avowed socialist in Congress and the creator of the Progressive Caucus in Congress and several other Democrats from Congress are going to be there, i  think it is treason myself and i have written to my elected representatives stating that opinion.

As far as this first skirmish in Congress, This is just the start of it and i think that it brought up the lies and misinformation that comes from the Dems and media to the surface for the public to see which is good. It also brought up discussing stopping the spending and cutting the budget instead of the mantra from the President and the Dems of INVESTING and spending. We all need to call our elected representatives serving in the peoples' seats and demand that we want much more spending cuts, a balance budget, and we will stand behind them and support them. They need our support more than ever, because it is going to get a LOT uglier, this was just the beginning and we need to stick to the facts and the truth and demand they do the same. I keep hearing what Billie told us about their trip to D.C., In her Blog "TEA TIME IN DC: TALLY UP NEXT" at:

http://www.fctpcommunity.org/profiles/blogs/tea-time-in-dc-tally-up...

Rep. Allen West – A gift from God sent to the front line in DC!  He said:  “Keep the Tea Party awake.  This place is crazy.  We must control the House in 2012 and take back the Senate too.  If we don’t have a good candidate to run against Obama, then we can control thorough the power of Congress.”

Senator Marco Rubio – Met with him for a few minutes as he was rushing out the door.  He was smiling and confident.  He said:  “This place is more screwed up than I could have imagined.  Keep up the good work with the Tea Party, we need you guys.”

And all the other wonderful TeaParty elected representative supporters serving in the peoples' seats comments.

In the Distric of Columbia Abortions will not be funded by taxpayer dollars and we will win in other States.  Alert:  The dem's wanted zero cuts and to raise taxes.  The fight has jus begun and if any taxpayer wants to have a shot at surviving, meaning US and meaning NOW, everyone must join the TP's and fight for lower spending and lower taxes.  We r all in this fight unless Dem's and I's, as the unions have, get an exemption on all taxes.  Where is George Sorros and why can't he fund the programs Reid wants.

The Senate does not have constitutional authority to attach Riders adding more new spending to the budget bill. Those riders would, necessarily, have to originate in the House of Representatives where all spending bills are required to originate, according to the Constitution. What was in the riders should have been introduced in the House, at their option, and should have been stand alone bills where they would pass or fail on their own merits. Those anti-Constitution, anything-goes, good old boy progressive-liberals in Congress needed to be branded as such in the 2012 election and voted out of office.  That's our job in the constitutional process.  Let's get started now.

This one-world government-seeking President grabbed an unconstutional role for himself in the budget process that the Constitution did not provide for him. Nothing in the Constitution allows for the Chief Executive to manipulate and control the budget process in Congress.  His only legitimate power in the process is the ability to threaten a veto.  John Boehner should have called his bluff and shut him out of the process at that point.  He should have forced that threatened veto, and then worked to have the Congress override it.  If this had been a shootout at the O.K. corral, Boener would be dead now.

The President had no authority whatsoever to command the presence of Boehner and Reid at the White House for negotiations.  That is not a part of the constitutional process and, having been a Senator, Obama knows that. Having taught the Constitution at the University of Chicago, Obama knew he did not have that power.

This was another power grab to further distort the balance of power among the three branches of government.  Obama was elected to only the Presidency and only afforded Executive Branch powers.  He's further usurping Legislative Branch powers he gave up when leaving the Senate.

Obama and Reid need to have their wings clipped.  We can do that in 2012 by defeating Obama and taking the majority in the Senate, which will snatch the gavel from Harry Reid's corrupt imperial clutch.

Washington is becoming  nothing more than another reality TV show!  Now that the Democrats and Obama have gotten us into trillions of dollars in debt, he now says we need to "work together" to cut back on useless spending!  What a joke....Mr. Obama, "YOUR FIRED!"  Let's get someone in there that knows how to run a business.  The government is nothing more that a business and needs to be run by businessmen...not politicians. Bring in the DONALD!

Well, I think Planned Parenthood should be defunded, but not only because that's who they are.  I don't think any of those type organizations should get taxpayer money, whether it's MADD, Acorn, PPH, PBS, or even Heritage, of which I'm a member.  Why is funding those kinds of endeavors a government responsibility.  It isn't.  If they're worthwhile, let them appeal to donors for support, or go public and sell stock.

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
