I see a similarity in the tactic applied by the progressive media to the 2012 debates and the Progressives attention to the 2008 primaries. In the 2008 primaries the Progressives helped McCain get the momentum early which caused the conservative candidates to lose heart and drop out way too early. Eight months ago The First Coast Tea Party stumbled and fumbled through their first interaction with the Jacksonville City Council in an attempt to stop a second 9% tax rate hike in two years.
