Americans for Prosperity provided this information. This does not appear to be good for the worker but will give the unions a big advantage. There is a link where you can send comments to the NLRB and let them know how you feel about this proposed rule:

Terrific piece and God bless this very brave tea party leader and paster for his stance on this matter. Maxine Waters does indeed owe the American people an apology for a lot more than just her comments about the tea party.
LOS ANGELES, Aug. 23, 2011 /Standard Newswire/ -- South Central L.A. Tea Party Founder and President, Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson is demanding an apology from…

I am pleased to see we are moving away from tenured professors and towards a merit system. If a professor is very good, like Jerry, he or she should not fear this approach to pay!

Another honest, over the top commentary by Mychal Massie. Wow can this man cut to the quik. Even folks in his own party are trying to think of how to get rid of him as they are embarrassed by everything about him.

People need to get involved in this process. It is very important to make sure our city is redistricted to allow for proper representation. I already live in a state district that basically gives me no voice in the state senate, and I have no desire to have the city redistricted to eliminate my voice at the city level. Folks if you have any ideas about this or want to voice an opinion, it is time to get involved.…

For those who have been staying on top of things to do with multiculturism, we know it does not work and will be the downfall of Europe. Why would we follow Europe off the cliff. Right now there are countries that are no longer embracing the concept, because it allows other cultures not to accept the culture of the country they move to. DA, why would we keep moving our train into the train wreck???? This trip is an outrage at a a time when our city is in deep financial…

We need to stay on top of this. This IS a tax increase and a large one at that on everyone including those out of work and struggling to make ends meet. This is an absolute travesty and is being done in such an underhanded, sneaky way, the city council and the new mayor should be VERY ashamed!…

This is a must read article written by Mychal Massie who is the chairman of the National Leadership Network of Black Conservatives-Project 21 – a conservative black think tank located in Washington, D.C. In 2008, he was also recognized as the conservative man of the year. Wonderfully written.

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets. It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.
You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
